The team proposed an end-to-end offering to rebuild Mondelez’s early careers competency framework using insights from current graduates, managers, and key stakeholders to create a foundational framework of eight key competencies.
With this framework in place, Talogy then configured on online assessment solution that encompassed Factors (personality), Logiks (cognitive ability), and Situational Judgement Tests (SJTs) for graduates, followed by video interviews and virtual assessment centers with customized exercises. The exercises were all tailored by Talogy experts to highlight the key competencies for different roles, ensuring a strong assessment–role fit. After the assessment, Talogy provided assessor and candidate reports to help Mondelez make informed decisions and select the right candidates to further their selection process for entry level hiring.
