For the past 15 years, Sharan has partnered with government, semi-government, and private sector clients to deliver high-impact, tailored talent management solutions.

Abrar AlMubarak leads Talogy’s business in Saudi Arabia as Director of Consulting and Country Lead. Based in Riyadh, she sets the strategic direction and oversees the delivery of high-impact talent solutions across the Kingdom. With deep expertise in leadership development, succession planning, and high-potential identification, she drives transformation programmes across sectors. An ICF-certified coach fluent in English and Arabic, Abrar also leads Talogy’s Arabic localisation efforts. A Saudi national with global experience in the U.S. and UAE, she champions a culture of excellence, collaboration, and growth within Talogy’s regional consulting team.
