Vice President, Global Revenue Operations
David P. Juristy leads Global Revenue Operations at Talogy; unifying enablement, sales ops, and data so growth becomes repeatable. He previously served as VP of Sales for the Americas, building national teams and launching enterprise offerings. An Air Force veteran with more than two decades of industry experience, David brings a pragmatic and partnership-minded approach with fresh perspectives.

Chief Scientist
Ted leads the team of I/O and Occupational Psychologists who are responsible for assessment content development and research at Talogy. The R&D team works on cutting-edge innovations to push the assessment science further while bringing improvements in prediction, efficiency, fairness, and participant experience to our clients. Ted has been working in the talent management and assessment space in consulting and R&D roles for the last 25 years.

Gary runs global financial planning and analysis for Talogy. He partners across all facets of the business to help lead and enable data-driven decision making. Prior to Talogy, Gary has worked in a number of industries and across multiple size companies, including IBM and Toyota.

Gwladys supports Talogy’s international teams, ensuring the best solutions reach clients globally. Actively involved in enterprise sales, implementation, and go-to-market strategy, she plays a pivotal role in aligning client needs with impactful solutions. An occupational psychologist and certified coach, Gwladys is passionate about helping individuals and organizations unlock their full potential. With over 20 years of experience in Talent Management, she brings a deep understanding of both strategic and operational excellence. Prior to this role, she led Talogy’s French operations for seven years, combining leadership with hands-on expertise.

Jon leads Talogy’s global accounting and reporting, building the financial strength and clarity that fuel growth worldwide. With 17 years of international finance leadership, he simplifies complexity, scales operations, and fosters collaboration across teams. He’s passionate about developing high-performing people and driving transformation that prepares businesses for the future. Previously, Jon held leadership roles at Amazon, Equifax, and Thrasio.

Joseph Abraham is Vice President, Consulting Practice, Americas at Talogy, where he leads a team of 100+ industrial-organizational psychologists and HR professionals. With over 30 years of experience in I-O psychology, he specializes in personnel selection, assessment design, and applied research. Joseph is a Fellow of the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology (SIOP) and is committed to delivering impactful, evidence-based talent solutions. He has led high-impact projects across private and public sectors, including complex public safety systems, driving client success through the expertise of his consulting team.

Passionate about solving complex selection challenges, especially in Public Safety and Civil Service testing environment, Penny ensures her team delivers practical, evidence-based solutions—from job analysis and test development to litigation support—that drive individual and organizational success.
