Amanda leads Talogy’s marketing, sales, and consulting teams in the Middle East and Africa. With extensive experience in talent strategy, she is passionate about building lasting client partnerships and delivering impactful, people-focused solutions. She drives the regional team to support clients through assessment, leadership development, and talent frameworks. Prior to joining Talogy, Amanda founded and led a London-based people business serving Europe’s financial sector, which she sold to RR Donnelley before relocating to the Middle East in 2008.

Sharan is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist, BPS Fellow, and active member of both the British Psychological Society and the Society of Coaching Psychology. With over 25 years of international experience in organizational development, leadership, and strategic HR projects, she leads the Talogy Consulting team across the Gulf. For the past 15 years, Sharan has partnered with government, semi-government, and private sector clients to deliver high-impact, tailored talent management solutions.

Simon leads Talogy’s UAE Consulting team and brings over 20 years of international experience across Europe, the Middle East, and Asia Pacific. A Chartered Psychologist, he has successfully delivered major L&D and HR transformation projects across the region. Simon is passionate about talent initiatives that create lasting impact—from senior leadership development to large-scale change programs and psychometric assessment systems.

Abrar AlMubarak leads Talogy’s business in Saudi Arabia as Director of Consulting and Country Lead. Based in Riyadh, she sets the strategic direction and oversees the delivery of high-impact talent solutions across the Kingdom. With deep expertise in leadership development, succession planning, and high-potential identification, she drives transformation programs across sectors. An ICF-certified coach fluent in English and Arabic, Abrar also leads Talogy’s Arabic localization efforts. A Saudi national with global experience in the U.S. and UAE, she champions a culture of excellence, collaboration, and growth within Talogy’s regional consulting team.

Saeed leads Talogy’s commercial strategy across the Middle East and Africa, partnering with public and private sector organizations to deliver high-impact talent and leadership solutions. With over a decade of experience in business development and human capital, he collaborates closely with regional teams to support national transformation agendas and build strategic capabilities. Saeed has successfully led multi-sector partnerships across the GCC, driving growth and long-term value for clients.

Philippa leads the delivery of key client projects that leverage Talogy’s technology and psychometric expertise. With over 20 years of experience across consulting and R&D, she is dedicated to implementing evidence-based solutions that drive meaningful, measurable results.
