As a Chartered Occupational Psychologist, with over 15 years’ experience, Sarah is passionate about enabling people at all levels, from Emerging Talent to Executive, to realize their individual strengths and achieve their potential. Sarah champions innovation, tech enablement and analytics, as well as rich developmental insight when evolving solutions in partnership with clients, supporting them to truly optimize outcomes for their stakeholders, applicants and employees.

Andy has 20 years of experience in Talent Management, supporting clients across both private and public sector organizations with all aspects of the talent life cycle. He leads an exceptional team of expert Account Managers, helping to onboard and grow new and existing clients. Andy is passionate about delivering ready-to-use and tailored solutions that address clients’ business and people challenges in an ever-changing environment.

With over 15 years of experience in HR consulting, Audrey Philoclès supports organizations in human transformation projects across France and internationally. A specialist in Talent Management, she designs and implements tailored solutions to identify, assess, and develop talents. As a project manager and certified trainer in psychometric tools, Audrey collaborates closely with HR leaders on strategic challenges, offering a pragmatic, human-centered approach that respects each organization’s unique culture.

Annick, a trained psychologist, leads the French Live Consulting team at Talogy. She partners with organizations to design, implement, and lead impactful assessments, development programs, and training initiatives, managing complex, multi-team projects in international settings. Annick plays a key role in HR transformation, supporting strategic decision-making by creating tailored assessment and digital solutions that drive organizational success.

Maggie is dedicated to building lasting client relationships and leading her sales team to deliver outstanding service and value. She’s driven by empowering clients, solving their challenges, and supporting their strategic goals. With deep experience managing sales teams at global consulting firms, she brings both expertise and a sharp strategic focus to every client engagement.

Renee is Talogy’s Consulting Director for the BeNeLux-DACH region, leading the Consulting team to deliver impactful talent solutions. With nearly 20 years of experience in Talent Management, she excels at building genuine partnerships and guiding clients through complex challenges to achieve their goals. Renee’s expertise spans all sectors, ensuring comprehensive support and successful implementation of solutions. Her passion for client success fuels her commitment to excellence in every project.

Jurn de Boer is the Regional Commercial Director for Talogy in the BeNeLux-DACH region. With over 9 years of experience at Talogy and a strong background in online assessments and development centers, he is focused on delivering impactful talent solutions to clients. Jurn’s previous roles within Talogy, including Commercial Director for the Netherlands, and prior experience as a consultant and psychologist at organizations such as LTP and Menea, demonstrate his long-standing commitment to helping organizations succeed through their people.

Annukka leads Talogy’s consulting operations in Finland, Sweden, and Denmark, focusing on enhancing commercial orientation and optimizing talent strategies, leadership development, and assessment protocols. A licensed Work Psychologist and Certified Coach (ICF ACC), she is passionate about applying psychological insights to the business context. With over 16 years of experience in executive search, recruitment, and leadership advisory consultancy, Annukka brings a wealth of knowledge to her role. She is dedicated to supporting clients in developing impactful talent solutions that drive organizational success.

Sanne leads Talogy’s European Inside Sales team, supporting clients in achieving success with ready-to-use talent solutions. An occupational psychologist with over 15 years of experience in consulting, customer experience, and sales, she combines strategic insight with a deep understanding of people. Sanne is passionate about driving excellence by streamlining best practices and processes to create meaningful impact for clients across the region.
