Ben leads Talogy’s APAC consulting business, one of the fastest-growing organizational psychology firms in the region. With over 25 years of experience in organizational psychology, he specializes in unlocking the potential of individuals, teams, and organizations to drive measurable business results. Ben has built and scaled start-up ventures, led enterprise sales functions, and spent five years driving the strategic growth of Talogy’s Australian and India businesses. Today, he empowers his team to deliver award-winning, science-backed, and innovative solutions that help clients thrive in complex and evolving environments.

Helen is a commercially minded, tri-lingual Chartered Organisational Psychologist based in Hong Kong. With nearly two decades of client-focused consultancy experience in the Asia Pacific, she has partnered with multinational clients in sectors such as FMCG, high-tech manufacturing, engineering, and financial services to align people strategy with business objectives. Passionate about working in this culturally rich region, Helen leads a team of high-caliber psychology consultants, helping organizations achieve their talent agenda.

Maggie leads Talogy’s business in China, overseeing P&L, sales, and marketing with a focus on sustainable growth and client success. With decades of experience in talent assessment and leadership development, she partners with global organizations to shape talent strategies and enhance senior leadership capability. A passionate coach and people developer, Maggie brings deep expertise in psychometrics, executive assessment, and coaching. Prior to joining Talogy, Maggie held leadership roles at Korn Ferry, SHL, and Kenexa.

Lucy leads Talogy’s New Zealand strategy and team alongside Jenny Dwyer. With 20 years of experience as an Organizational Psychologist, she excels in delivering consulting projects and tailoring solutions to meet client needs. Lucy is passionate about research-driven, practical outcomes, ensuring solutions are scalable to the New Zealand context. Her global experience across the United Kingdom, Europe, and Asia has honed her skills in collaboration and communication, enabling her to lead teams that drive impactful results and client success across diverse markets.

Jenny leads the Talogy New Zealand team with her colleague Lucy Cennamo-Jones. With 21 years of experience as an Organizational Psychologist, she brings deep expertise in partnering with a wide range of organizations to develop and implement talent identification, measurement, and development strategies across the employee lifecycle. Jenny is passionate about harnessing talent to drive both individual growth and business success
