An occupational psychologist and certified coach, Gwladys is passionate about helping individuals and organizations unlock their full potential. With over 20 years of experience in Talent Management, she brings a deep understanding of both strategic and operational excellence. Prior to this role, she led Talogy’s French operations for seven years, combining leadership with hands-on expertise.

Joseph Abraham is Vice President, Consulting Practice, Americas at Talogy, where he leads a team of 100+ industrial-organizational psychologists and HR professionals. With over 30 years of experience in I-O psychology, he specializes in personnel selection, assessment design, and applied research. Joseph is a Fellow of the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology (SIOP) and is committed to delivering impactful, evidence-based talent solutions. He has led high-impact projects across private and public sectors, including complex public safety systems, driving client success through the expertise of his consulting team.

With extensive experience across public, private, and non-profit sectors, she has managed hundreds of high-stakes assessment and validation projects, including those under federal court oversight. Passionate about solving complex selection challenges, especially in Public Safety and Civil Service testing environment, Penny ensures her team delivers practical, evidence-based solutions—from job analysis and test development to litigation support—that drive individual and organizational success.

Her current focus is on working with leaders, including assessment design, feedback delivery and coaching.

Dawn Lambert serves as Director, Assessment Design & Analytics at Talogy. With 25 years of experience as a consulting I/O psychologist, she specializes in designing valid, effective selection systems and assessment solutions that meet the needs of candidates, employees, and organizations. Dawn leads a team of I/O psychologists focused on building reliable, engaging, and data-driven assessments. She has worked across industries and job levels in both public and private sectors. Dawn holds a Ph.D. in I/O Psychology and is an active member of SIOP, with numerous publications and presentations in the field of assessment and selection.
