Joseph Abraham is Vice President, Consulting Practice, Americas at Talogy, where he leads a team of 100+ industrial-organizational psychologists and HR professionals. With over 30 years of experience in I-O psychology, he specializes in personnel selection, assessment design, and applied research. Joseph is a Fellow of the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology (SIOP) and is committed to delivering impactful, evidence-based talent solutions. He has led high-impact projects across private and public sectors, including complex public safety systems, driving client success through the expertise of his consulting team.

Esther leads Sales for the Americas region at Talogy. With over 20 years in the talent industry, she is committed to delivering impactful talent solutions rooted in collaboration, innovation, and execution. She ensures clients thrive in a dynamic and evolving business landscape. Prior to joining Talogy, Esther held key roles at SHL and Adecco.

John drives enterprise growth at Talogy as he leads a cross-functional, executive-level team focused on delivering innovative talent solutions. With over 20 years of experience in consulting, talent assessment, and high-stakes sales strategy, he helps clients hire smarter, develop leaders, and build scalable talent strategies. Grounded in I/O Psychology and driven by business impact, John partners with clients to solve complex workforce challenges. Prior to joining Talogy, he held senior consulting and sales leadership roles, guiding Fortune 500 clients across industries to unlock the full potential of their people.

Penny leads Talogy’s team of I-O psychology consultants supporting Assessment Solutions and Public Safety clients. With extensive experience across public, private, and non-profit sectors, she has managed hundreds of high-stakes assessment and validation projects, including those under federal court oversight. Passionate about solving complex selection challenges, especially in Public Safety and Civil Service testing environment, Penny ensures her team delivers practical, evidence-based solutions—from job analysis and test development to litigation support—that drive individual and organizational success.

Alissa focuses on delivering leadership solutions that empower organizations to grow and thrive. With over 15 years of experience in talent management, she partners with clients across industries to enhance leadership selection, development, and strategic workforce initiatives. She is passionate about using innovative, data-driven approaches to solve complex talent challenges. Alissa holds a Ph.D. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Penn State University and has supported clients globally across all organizational levels.

Cathleen designs and delivers solutions to assess and develop talent at all levels of the organization. She holds a Ph.D. in Industrial Psychology from the University of Akron. Cathleen has nearly 30 years of experience as an external consultant and has led a variety of assessment and development projects, working across a wide range of industries. Her current focus is on working with leaders, including assessment design, feedback delivery and coaching.

Breanne leads Talogy’s Enterprise Sales team across North America, working with Fortune 500 organizations to address complex talent challenges. With nearly 20 years of experience in the talent assessment industry, she brings deep expertise in I-O Psychology, solution design, and strategic account growth. Breanne is passionate about helping clients build stronger workforces through data-driven, people-focused strategies. Before joining Talogy, she held senior sales and consulting roles with global assessment providers including Pearson TalentLens and Cubiks.

Dawn Lambert serves as Director, Assessment Design & Analytics at Talogy. With 25 years of experience as a consulting I/O psychologist, she specializes in designing valid, effective selection systems and assessment solutions that meet the needs of candidates, employees, and organizations. Dawn leads a team of I/O psychologists focused on building reliable, engaging, and data-driven assessments. She has worked across industries and job levels in both public and private sectors. Dawn holds a Ph.D. in I/O Psychology and is an active member of SIOP, with numerous publications and presentations in the field of assessment and selection.

Esteban is an Industrial and Organizational Psychologist with over 20 years of experience consulting with organizations across various industries. As Director of Talent Enablement & Learning, his team utilizes innovative assessments, surveys, learning and coaching solutions to help companies improve outcomes such as engagement, culture, safety and performance.
