With over 25 years of experience, Daryl has delivered thought leadership and impactful talent strategies, partnering with organisations as both an in-house consultant and in private practice to unlock their full potential.

Jens leads Talogy’s business in the Nordics, ensuring the delivery of solutions that enable organisational success for clients across the region. He brings a strong track record of leadership, having held roles at organisations such as Workday, IBM, LEGO, and A.P. Moller – Maersk.

Carly brings extensive global B2B and B2C experience, combining strategic vision with leadership to elevate Talogy’s brand and drive growth. Her expertise includes cross-functional collaboration, marketing automation, and data-driven decision-making. A strong advocate for clear communication and collaboration, Carly leads impactful, client-focused campaigns. In leading Talogy’s UK Consulting team, Sarah empowers our highly experienced consultants and business psychologists to deliver value-adding, robust and engaging Talent Management solutions. As a Chartered Occupational Psychologist, with over 15 years’ experience, Sarah is passionate about enabling people at all levels, from Emerging Talent to Executive, to realise their individual strengths and achieve their potential. Sarah champions innovation, tech enablement and analytics, as well as rich developmental insight when evolving solutions in partnership with clients, supporting them to truly optimise outcomes for their stakeholders, applicants and employees.

Andy has 20 years of experience in Talent Management, supporting clients across both private and public sector organisations with all aspects of the talent life cycle. He leads an exceptional team of expert Account Managers, helping to onboard and grow new and existing clients. Andy is passionate about delivering ready-to-use and tailored solutions that address clients’ business and people challenges in an ever-changing environment.

With over 15 years of experience in HR consulting, Audrey Philocles supports organisations in human transformation projects across France and internationally. A specialist in Talent Management, she designs and implements tailored solutions to identify, assess, and develop talent. As a project manager and certified trainer in psychometric tools, Audrey collaborates closely with HR leaders on strategic challenges, offering a pragmatic, human-centred approach that respects each organisation’s unique culture.

Annick, a trained psychologist, leads the French Live Consulting team at Talogy. She partners with organisations to design, implement, and lead impactful assessments, development programmes, and training initiatives, managing complex, multi-team projects in international settings. Annick plays a key role in HR transformation, supporting strategic decision-making by creating tailored assessment and digital solutions that drive organisational success.

Maggie is dedicated to building lasting client relationships and leading her sales team to deliver outstanding service and value. She’s driven by empowering clients, solving their challenges, and supporting their strategic goals. With deep experience managing sales teams at global consulting firms, she brings both expertise and a sharp strategic focus to every client engagement.
