Who is Talogy
At Talogy, we care deeply, we listen. Our experts craft impactful talent solutions that fit your people challenges.
Talogy was born in 1946, with psychology pioneers Floyd E. Ruch, Raymond B. Cattell, Herb Greenberg, and Max Kostick individually launching assessment initiatives to help young adults and war veterans enter the workforce in the years following the second world war. While their industry leading assessment solutions were created in the 1960s, they still play a prominent role in global talent assessment today.
In the 1990s, the world of talent assessment and development started evolving rapidly, and great new solutions were brought to market by the companies founded by these pioneers as well as others. From 2017 onwards, through a series of acquisitions, many of these companies started to come together into one organisation offering an unmatched breadth of talent assessment and development solutions. All leading up to the year 2022, when Talogy as we know it today was born with the purpose to deliver people-focused talent assessment and development solutions to organisations around the world.
