As EPIC continued to expand through both organic growth and acquisition, it became clear that a consistent approach to assessing talent was needed across the business. Each acquired organization brought its own systems, tools, and people practices, which would begin to create inconsistencies in hiring, development, and leadership.

The team identified an opportunity to bring greater clarity and structure to how EPIC hired, developed and supported its people. The vision extended beyond recruitment, aiming to strengthen leadership, foster more meaningful conversations, and help individuals better understand themselves.
