Solution:
Talogy used the Hire assessment suite to design a tailored assessment solution that aligned to the diverse roles and requirements. The process rolled out in five steps:
1. Identify the job requirements:
Talogy experts partnered with the Boots team to understand specific role requirements.
2. Recommend targeted assessments:
Talogy then made recommendations on the most relevant assessments for each role – situational judgment tests, Factors for personality, and Logiks for ability and aptitude, to measure the identified key criteria.
3. Create a tailored profile:
Talogy experts created tailored mappings of the ideal competencies for each role based on the job analysis that was shared with Boots for approval.
4. Confirm assessment details:
Boots and Talogy agreed on norm groups, report types, and the content and design of fully customisable “Engagement Screens,” which guide candidates throughout the process with tailored text or multimedia content”.
5. Implement:
The solution was built, integrated, tested, and then implemented.
The solution has now been implemented for a total of ten types of roles – continuously adapting to the evolving business and talent needs of Boots with agility. All the candidates who completed the assessments exited the process with meaningful feedback on their development regardless of the outcome.
