The Occupational Psychology Service in the Cabinet Office has been nominated, along with a technology partner, Talogy, for two prestigious ABP awards.
They are both delighted to be finalists in the following categories:
What are they for?
The Occupational Psychology Service partnered with Talogy to produce psychometric tests and assessments for Civil Service Job applicants.
These tests significantly improved the overall efficiency of the Applicant Tracking and Evaluation Programme by enabling hiring staff to make better informed decisions.
When are the awards?
The finalists will be announced at a ceremony on 8th November.
Hosted by the Association for Business Psychology, the 2023 ABP Awards mark their 9th year, celebrating and showcasing excellence in business psychology that has been successful in achieving outstanding results in the workplace.
