Det finns n\u00e5gra allvarliga brister med denna metod. Nedan finns fyra anledningar till att en standardiserad kandidatutv\u00e4rderingsprocess leder till rekryteringar av h\u00f6gre kvalitet:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>En inkonsekvent process leder till inkonsekventa resultat.<\/strong> En process som inte \u00e4r standardiserad \u00e4r egentligen inte en process utan snarare en slumpm\u00e4ssig samling kriterier.
