Beh\u00f6ver individen kunna lyfta en viss vikt? Beh\u00f6ver han\/hon kunna vara uppm\u00e4rksam p\u00e5 detaljer? Det enklaste s\u00e4ttet att s\u00e4kerst\u00e4lla att du fr\u00e5gar om och bed\u00f6mer jobbrelevanta koncept \u00e4r att genomf\u00f6ra en jobbanalys. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En jobbanalys granskar specifika tj\u00e4nster f\u00f6r att f\u00f6rst\u00e5 de specifika delarna av ett jobb och de viktiga delarna f\u00f6r framg\u00e5ngsrik prestation. Jobbanalyser utg\u00f6r en viktig del av lagenligheten men s\u00e4kerst\u00e4ller ocks\u00e5 att din organisation anst\u00e4ller personer som kan utf\u00f6ra de n\u00f6dv\u00e4ndiga delarna av tj\u00e4nsten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5) Extern granskning<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Ju n\u00e4rmare vi befinner oss n\u00e5got, desto sv\u00e5rare \u00e4r det att identifiera brister och f\u00f6rb\u00e4ttringsomr\u00e5den.
