Syftet med spelifieringsprogram p\u00e5 arbetsplatsen \u00e4r att \u00f6ka de anst\u00e4lldas engagemang f\u00f6r organisationsm\u00e5len, vilket i sin tur kommer att \u00f6ka produktiviteten och minska personaloms\u00e4ttningen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Hur fungerar det?<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Spelifieringssystem tar typiska arbetsuppgifter och presenterar dem i en spelliknande situation. Spelet m\u00f6jligg\u00f6rs genom att man definierar engagerande, konkreta m\u00e5l att efterstr\u00e4va och \u00f6vertr\u00e4ffa. Olika prestationer till\u00e5ter de anst\u00e4llda att uppn\u00e5 bel\u00f6ningar som definieras inom spelsystemet. S\u00e4ljare kan till exempel f\u00e5 prestationsm\u00e4rken f\u00f6r att de identifierar det antal sales leads som kr\u00e4vs, eller medaljer f\u00f6r att de \u00f6vertr\u00e4ffar f\u00f6rs\u00e4ljningsm\u00e5l. Dessutom g\u00f6r de h\u00e4r systemet att de anst\u00e4llda kan f\u00e5 ett erk\u00e4nnande av sina kollegor och kan d\u00e4rf\u00f6r uppmuntra till sund konkurrens. Att skapa en viss t\u00e4vlan mellan de anst\u00e4llda bidrar inte bara till att \u00f6ka produktiviteten och l\u00f6nsamheten, utan skapar ocks\u00e5 starkare sociala band mellan de anst\u00e4llda. Starka sociala band bland medarbetare \u00e4r kopplade till b\u00e4ttre prestationer och l\u00e4gre sannolikhet f\u00f6r personaloms\u00e4ttning.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Fallstudie<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>I en nyligen genomf\u00f6rd studie samarbetade vi med en stor detaljhandelsorganisation som anv\u00e4nder spelifieringsprinciper i sin utbildningsplattform. De anst\u00e4llda konkurrerar med varandra genom att utf\u00f6ra utbildnings- och inl\u00e4rningsmoduler. Utbildningsgr\u00e4nssnittet bel\u00f6nar de anst\u00e4llda med medaljer och m\u00e4rken som de f\u00f6rtj\u00e4nar genom att uppfylla och \u00f6vertr\u00e4ffa de m\u00e5l som \u00e4r kopplade till inl\u00e4rningsmodulerna. Plattformen hade en h\u00f6g synlighet inom organisationen, eftersom alla anst\u00e4llda uppmuntrades att delta och kunde se kollegornas resultat. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Om engagemang i spelifieringssystem \u00f6kar produktiviteten och engagemanget kan vi f\u00f6rv\u00e4nta oss h\u00f6gre niv\u00e5er av arbetsprestationer och \u00f6kad sannolikhet f\u00f6r att man f\u00e5r beh\u00e5lla de personer som \u00e4r mer involverade och framg\u00e5ngsrika i spelifieringssystemet. S\u00e5ledes j\u00e4mf\u00f6rde vi arbetsprestanda och sannolikheten f\u00f6r bibeh\u00e5llande av anst\u00e4llda som uppn\u00e5dde h\u00f6ga, m\u00e5ttliga respektive l\u00e5ga niv\u00e5er av framg\u00e5ng i spelifieringssystemet. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Som v\u00e4ntat var det dubbelt s\u00e5 stor sannolikhet att anst\u00e4llda som uppn\u00e5dde ett st\u00f6rre antal medaljer och m\u00e4rken bed\u00f6mdes som &#8221;toppresterande&#8221; av sina arbetsledare. Det var ocks\u00e5 tre g\u00e5nger s\u00e5 stor sannolikhet f\u00f6r att dessa bed\u00f6mdes som mycket sannolika att stanna kvar i organisationen. S\u00e5 \u00e5tminstone i den h\u00e4r organisationen verkar det som att spelifieringssystemet \u00e4r kopplat till vissa positiva organisatoriska resultat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/12\/talogy-gamification-for-positive-organizational-outcomes-graphs.jpg\" alt=\"talogy gamification for positive organizational outcomes graphs\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Om du vill &#8221;spelifiera&#8221;, beakta f\u00f6ljande fyra saker<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Blev du inspirerad av de h\u00e4r resultaten?
