Men i likhet med m\u00e5nga andra insatser \u00e4r de n\u00f6dv\u00e4ndigtvis reaktiva. Att identifiera trender och m\u00f6nster i personaloms\u00e4ttningen i din organisation kr\u00e4ver data \u2013 vilket inneb\u00e4r att du m\u00e5ste v\u00e4nta p\u00e5 att personaloms\u00e4ttningen sker innan du funderar p\u00e5 &#8221;varf\u00f6r&#8221;. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Visst finns det \u00e4ven proaktiva metoder f\u00f6r att minska personaloms\u00e4ttningen. Organisations\u00f6vergripande unders\u00f6kningar om engagemang och st\u00e4ndiga f\u00f6rb\u00e4ttringar \u00e4r v\u00e4rdefulla f\u00f6r insatser p\u00e5 h\u00f6g niv\u00e5.\u00a0 S\u00e5dana unders\u00f6kningar ger dock ingen information om en anst\u00e4llds personliga v\u00e4rderingar, dr\u00f6mmar och gr\u00e4nser. Individuell h\u00e4nsyn \u00e4r en del av det som skapar en bra ledare, men cheferna m\u00e5ste f\u00f6rst l\u00e4ra sig mer om personen f\u00f6r att kunna g\u00f6ra detta p\u00e5 ett effektivt s\u00e4tt. Genom att st\u00e4lla de h\u00e4r fr\u00e5gorna f\u00e5r cheferna m\u00f6jlighet att l\u00e4ra k\u00e4nna sina anst\u00e4llda. Det \u00f6ppnar d\u00f6rren f\u00f6r samtal om karri\u00e4rm\u00e5l, balansen mellan arbete och privatliv och vad medarbetaren k\u00e4nner sig frustrerad \u00f6ver just nu. Rustade med denna information blir cheferna b\u00e4ttre rustade att bygga relationer, engagera medarbetarna, mildra stressen, k\u00e4mpa f\u00f6r medarbetarnas behov och utveckla attraktiva karri\u00e4rv\u00e4gar inom organisationen. Samtidigt f\u00e5r medarbetarna h\u00f6ra n\u00e5gon som s\u00e4ger: &#8221;Jag ser dig, jag h\u00f6r dig, jag bryr mig om dig&#8230; och jag ska g\u00f6ra n\u00e5got \u00e5t det.&#8221;\u00a0 <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Att prioritera dessa fr\u00e5gor vid regelbundna incheckningar st\u00e4rker slutligen den aktuella forskningen och den allm\u00e4nna uppfattningen om att konsekvent, p\u00e5g\u00e5ende feedback \u00e4r mer fruktbar \u00e4n mindre frekventa ber\u00f6ringspunkter.
