Faktum \u00e4r att vi \u00e4r beroende av arbetsledare och chefer f\u00f6r att leda den st\u00f6rsta personalstyrkan till dess m\u00e5l att uppfylla organisationens mission. M\u00e5nga av oss vet att de flesta chefer tyv\u00e4rr inte \u00e4r fantastiska ledare.\u00a0 <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Missriktat urval, d\u00e5lig utformning av arbetet och sj\u00e4lva anv\u00e4ndningen av termerna &#8221;chef&#8221; eller &#8221;arbetsledare&#8221;, allt detta f\u00f6rst\u00e4rker kulturen hos en ledare som faktiskt inte leder. I mitt arbete med organisationer pratar vi om de som leder inom organisationen och m\u00e5nga g\u00e5nger pratar vi specifikt om de ledare som \u00e4r chefer. Ett vanligt tema jag har sett \u00e4r den organisatoriska insikten att cheferna inte riktigt leder \u2013 snarare chefar de, precis som namnet antyder att de ska. De kommer fram till den h\u00e4r insikten p\u00e5 olika s\u00e4tt, men m\u00e5nga g\u00e5nger visar det sig genom att visionen om seniort ledarskap inte implementeras i hela organisationen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Det kulturella timglaset<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Det h\u00e4r \u00e4r vad vi har kallat &#8221;det kulturella timglaset&#8221;. &#8211; De seniora ledarna har en fantastisk vision, personalen vill genomf\u00f6ra den visionen, men det finns en flaskhals som hindrar den fr\u00e5n att bli verklighet. Och i m\u00e5nga fall \u00e4r detta inte chefernas fel. Deras jobb \u00e4r utformade p\u00e5 ett s\u00e4tt som tvingat dem att bli administrat\u00f6rer ist\u00e4llet f\u00f6r ledare. De vill helt enkelt f\u00e5 uppgiften utf\u00f6rd eftersom deras jobb \u00e4r beroende av det, vilket inte ger dem tid att leda och coacha sina anst\u00e4llda genom att skapa innovationer och fr\u00e4mja f\u00f6r\u00e4ndring.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/12\/talogy-cultural-hourglass.jpg\" alt=\"talogy cultural hourglass\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Jag tror att bristen p\u00e5 ledarskap fr\u00e5n chefer \u00e4r anledningen till att 360 \u00e5terkoppling blev popul\u00e4rt. Rapporterar du till en bra ledare vet du var du st\u00e5r under hela \u00e5ret. Du ger och f\u00e5r regelbunden \u00e5terkoppling. I m\u00e5nga fall finns det inget behov av en prestationsutv\u00e4rdering, f\u00f6rutom kanske f\u00f6r att kommunicera en l\u00f6ne\u00f6kning.
