(LSBU) f\u00f6r att leverera en transformationsstrategi och en ambiti\u00f6s 5-\u00e5rig strategi f\u00f6r att f\u00f6rb\u00e4ttra universitets rykte. Det gjordes m\u00e5nga f\u00f6r\u00e4ndringar i organisationsstrukturen och i det seniora ledarskapet. Endast en medlem fr\u00e5n den ursprungliga ledningsgruppen ingick i den nya universitetsrektorns ledarteam. Det fanns betydande ledarskapsutmaningar som l\u00e5gt f\u00f6rtroende, silomentalitet och d\u00e5lig kommunikation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Talogy samarbetade med LSBU f\u00f6r att utveckla ledarskapsklimatet och f\u00f6rm\u00e5gan att fr\u00e4mja kulturell transformation samt utrusta ledare med emotionell intelligens f\u00f6r att kunna leda f\u00f6r\u00e4ndringen p\u00e5 ett bra s\u00e4tt. Det \u00f6nskade resultatet var att ledare skulle st\u00e4rka de anst\u00e4lldas egenmakt, h\u00e5lla andra ansvariga, fr\u00e4mja \u00f6ppenhet f\u00f6r f\u00f6r\u00e4ndring och innovation samt inspirera och engagera de personer som de leder.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">L\u00f6sning<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Vi b\u00f6rjade f\u00f6rst med en diagnostisk fas och genomf\u00f6rde strukturerade intervjuer med ledningsgruppen och det operativa teamet (som best\u00e5r av 26 personer) f\u00f6r att b\u00e4ttre f\u00f6rst\u00e5 den nuvarande kulturen, ledarskapsbeteenden, ambitioner och utmaningar.&nbsp;Den andra fasen var en intervention i tre steg med det h\u00f6gre ledningsteamet. Vi hj\u00e4lpte dem att f\u00f6rst\u00e5 sig sj\u00e4lva och deras inverkan samt underl\u00e4ttade f\u00f6r teamet att identifiera och f\u00f6r\u00e4ndra hur de gjorde saker f\u00f6r att st\u00f6dja den \u00f6nskade kulturf\u00f6r\u00e4ndringen. Vi lanserade ocks\u00e5 en unders\u00f6kning om ledarskapsklimat f\u00f6r att f\u00f6rst\u00e5 i vilken utstr\u00e4ckning ledarskapsbeteenden f\u00f6r n\u00e4rvarande l\u00e5g i linje med de som man ville f\u00e5 fram f\u00f6r en effektiv f\u00f6r\u00e4ndring. Annat arbete hj\u00e4lpte ocks\u00e5 till att identifiera \u00f6nskade beteenden f\u00f6r ledare inom hela LSBU, kopplat till deras strategi och kulturf\u00f6r\u00e4ndring.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I fas tre konstruerade vi ett ramverk f\u00f6r ledarskapsattribut som formulerar hur bra ledarskap ser ut p\u00e5 LSBU, med beteendeindikatorer f\u00f6r varje attribut. Detta gav klarhet och delad f\u00f6rst\u00e5else f\u00f6r kulturella f\u00f6rv\u00e4ntningar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>35 beteenden skapades f\u00f6r strategiska ledare och operativa ledare. Dessa anv\u00e4ndes f\u00f6r att skapa ett skr\u00e4ddarsytt \u00e5terkopplingsverktyg online i 360 grader. Detta genomf\u00f6rdes av alla strategiska och operativa ledare. Vi levererade \u00e5terkopplingssessioner f\u00f6r den strategiska ledargruppen och utbildade OD- och HR-teamet p\u00e5 LSBU f\u00f6r att de skulle kunna genomf\u00f6ra \u00e5terkopplingssessioner med de operativa ledarna.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Efter detta skapade LSBU en Ledarskapsakademi som erbjuder utvecklingsprogram baserade p\u00e5 ledarskapsegenskaper samt k\u00e4rnkompetenser och kunskap f\u00f6r ledare. Den genomsnittliga po\u00e4ngen f\u00f6r personalens engagemang har \u00f6kat fr\u00e5n 58&nbsp;% 2015\/16 till 69&nbsp;% 2018\/19.
