arbetsgivare. F\u00f6r att st\u00f6dja detta har de sedan en tid tillbaka tillhandah\u00e5llit ett program som g\u00e5r under namnet \u201dInspiring Women\u201d, f\u00f6r att p\u00e5skynda karri\u00e4rer och \u00f6ka representationen av kvinnliga ledare inom organisationen. Talogy arbetade med program\u00e4garen f\u00f6r att designa och leverera delen Ledare med emotionell intelligens, ett 1,5 dagars interaktivt seminarium som f\u00f6regicks av v\u00e5r diagnostik, Emotionell intelligensprofil 3 och Leadership Climate Indicator 360. Detta seminarium byggde p\u00e5 inneh\u00e5ll som redan levererades i andra talangprogram inom organisationen och hj\u00e4lpte d\u00e4rmed till att skapa ett gemensamt spr\u00e5k och f\u00f6rst\u00e5else f\u00f6r vikten och effekten av ett emotionellt intelligent ledarskap. Vi tillhandah\u00f6ll ocks\u00e5 fyra entimmessessioner med personlig coachning f\u00f6r varje delegat under programmets g\u00e5ng, f\u00f6r att g\u00f6ra det m\u00f6jligt f\u00f6r dem att utforska sitt l\u00e4rande och integrera det i sitt ledarskap. Cirka 50&nbsp;% av dessa har avancerat till h\u00f6gre roller med st\u00f6rre ansvar.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En uppf\u00f6ljning av EIP-diagnostiken (emotionell intelligensprofil) i slutet av programmet visade en genomsnittlig \u00f6kning p\u00e5 16&nbsp;% bland alla m\u00e4tbara skalor i alla grupper.
