Deras tj\u00e4nster kombinerar st\u00f6d med boende f\u00f6r att se till att unga m\u00e4nniskor efter en period med heml\u00f6shet kan g\u00e5 vidare till ett sj\u00e4lvst\u00e4ndigt liv, med alla de f\u00e4rdigheter de beh\u00f6ver f\u00f6r att f\u00e5 ut det mesta av sina liv.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Utmaningen<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>CAYSH ins\u00e5g behovet av att klarg\u00f6ra hur framg\u00e5ng ser ut p\u00e5 beteendeniv\u00e5 f\u00f6r varje roll inom organisationen. Detta drevs av en \u00f6nskan att visa engagemang f\u00f6r m\u00e4nniskors utveckling, f\u00f6r alla. Det drevs ocks\u00e5 av linjechefernas \u00f6nskan om att \u00e4ga denna process med en tydligare f\u00f6rst\u00e5else f\u00f6r de beteendem\u00e4ssiga f\u00e4rdigheter som de borde f\u00f6rs\u00f6ka utveckla och anv\u00e4nda i sina team.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vi valdes ut som extern partner f\u00f6r att st\u00f6dja skapandet av ett nytt organisationsomfattande kompetensramverk som \u00e5terspeglade den nya verkligheten p\u00e5 CAYSH:s arbetsplats, ut\u00f6ver deras k\u00e4rnv\u00e4rden. De valde oss tack vare:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>v\u00e5rt ledarskap inom omr\u00e5dena f\u00f6r beteendebed\u00f6mning och utveckling<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>v\u00e5ra gedigna, tidigare erfarenheter i att utveckla korrekta och anv\u00e4ndbara kompetenser<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>v\u00e5rt teams inkluderande, kollaborativa och engagerande f\u00f6rh\u00e5llningss\u00e4tt till rollforskning.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">L\u00f6sningen<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>V\u00e5rt f\u00f6rslag om ett uppochnerv\u00e4nt tillv\u00e4gag\u00e5ngss\u00e4tt f\u00f6r utformningen av ramverket accepterades snabbt. Sk\u00e4let f\u00f6r detta tillv\u00e4gag\u00e5ngss\u00e4tt var betydande: CAYSH ville att all personal skulle f\u00e5 input f\u00f6r att skapa en k\u00e4nsla av \u00e4garskap och bemyndigande (f\u00f6r deras professionella utveckling samt f\u00f6r att s\u00e4kerst\u00e4lla att r\u00e4tt kriterier skulle anv\u00e4ndas f\u00f6r framtida anst\u00e4llningar). V\u00e5rt tillv\u00e4gag\u00e5ngss\u00e4tt b\u00f6rjade med att samla in s\u00e5 mycket information som m\u00f6jligt fr\u00e5n frontlinjepersonal, enskilda intressenter samt till och med tj\u00e4nsteanv\u00e4ndare. F\u00f6r att underl\u00e4tta detta anv\u00e4nde vi v\u00e5rt fr\u00e5geformul\u00e4r f\u00f6r jobbanalyser online, skr\u00e4ddarsytt med CAYSH:s varum\u00e4rke. Vi uppn\u00e5dde en imponerande svarsfrekvens p\u00e5 57&nbsp;% f\u00f6r hela organisationen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Resultaten analyserades och de viktigaste temana skrevs ner p\u00e5 anteckningskort (cue cards). Dessa anv\u00e4ndes f\u00f6r att anordna aktiviteter f\u00f6r fokusgrupper med frontlinjepersonal och d\u00e4refter med frontlinjechefer. \u00c5terigen sammanst\u00e4lldes, analyserades och anv\u00e4ndes information fr\u00e5n detta skede f\u00f6r att f\u00f6rbereda n\u00e4sta steg. Detta innebar att v\u00e5ra konsulters fr\u00e5gor till h\u00f6gre chefer och styrelseledam\u00f6ter under personliga intervjuer styrdes av den information som samlats in fr\u00e5n hela organisationen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Detta gav oss \u00e4ntligen tillr\u00e4ckligt med information f\u00f6r att genomf\u00f6ra \u00f6vergripande tematiska analyser av v\u00e5ra data och skapa det f\u00f6rsta utkastet till kompetensramverket. Vi tr\u00e4ffade styrgruppen p\u00e5 CAYSH f\u00f6r att utv\u00e4rdera titlar, definitioner och specifika indikatorer. Vi granskade spr\u00e5ket noggrant f\u00f6r att s\u00e4kerst\u00e4lla att modellen skulle verka logisk f\u00f6r slutanv\u00e4ndarna.
