kvaliteten p\u00e5 urvalsbeslut vid nyanst\u00e4llningar inom civilf\u00f6rvaltningen genom en effektivare gallring av jobbans\u00f6kningar samt att st\u00f6dja civilf\u00f6rvaltningens m\u00e5ngfaldsambition att bli den mest inkluderande arbetsgivaren i Storbritannien innan 2020.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Projektet hade f\u00f6ljande m\u00e5l:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>1. Leverera en ny engagerande bed\u00f6mnings- och onlineplattform p\u00e5 kort tid<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>En helt skr\u00e4ddarsydd multimediabed\u00f6mning som \u00e4r realistisk, korrekt och relevant. Testet beh\u00f6vde fungera dynamiskt f\u00f6r att bara fokusera p\u00e5 nyckelkompetenserna f\u00f6r jobbet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2. Inkluderande och tillg\u00e4ngligt f\u00f6r alla kandidater<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Bed\u00f6mningsplattformen kr\u00e4vde en utformning med fokus p\u00e5 mobila enheter, en \u00f6vningssida f\u00f6r att hj\u00e4lpa till att minska kandidaternas \u00e5ngest och m\u00e5ste vara helt r\u00e4ttvis mot alla kandidater. Civilf\u00f6rvaltningen f\u00f6rband sig formellt att uppfylla kraven i Disability Confident Scheme, med syftet att leda v\u00e4gen f\u00f6r att skapa en kultur som inkluderar personer med funktionsneds\u00e4ttningar. D\u00e4rf\u00f6r var det avg\u00f6rande att plattformen uppfyllde standarder f\u00f6r b\u00e4sta praxis f\u00f6r tillg\u00e4nglighet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>3. F\u00f6rb\u00e4ttra effektiviteten och s\u00e4nka kostnaderna<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Ett centralt m\u00e5l och en utmaning med projektet var att f\u00f6rb\u00e4ttra befintliga processer f\u00f6r att g\u00f6ra dem mer effektiva och kostnadseffektiva.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">L\u00f6sningen<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>P\u00e5 grund av projektets ambiti\u00f6sa omfattning definierades varje aktivitet i detalj och tidsplaner tilldelades till var och en av nyckelintressenterna fr\u00e5n GRS och Talogy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>F\u00f6r att testet skulle vara realistiskt f\u00f6r olika avdelningar och tj\u00e4nsteniv\u00e5er genomf\u00f6rdes 61 djupg\u00e5ende intervjuer med interna experter och \u00f6ver 200 arbetsbeskrivningar granskades. Ett team med 9 psykologer fr\u00e5n Talogy genererade 3&nbsp;078&nbsp;fr\u00e5gor f\u00f6r bed\u00f6mningen och inneh\u00e5llet granskades av 74 interna experter, varav 42&nbsp;% var fr\u00e5n m\u00e5ngfaldsn\u00e4tverk eller -enheter. De ombads bed\u00f6ma och kommentera testet vad g\u00e4llet r\u00e4ttvisa, inkludering och relevans.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Testet beh\u00f6vde ocks\u00e5 vara engagerande och relevant. D\u00e4rf\u00f6r genomf\u00f6rdes en serie av 6 seminarier med 22 experter f\u00f6r att granska manusen f\u00f6r bed\u00f6mningens multimediaelement. Betydande anstr\u00e4ngningar lades p\u00e5 att identifiera beg\u00e5vade sk\u00e5despelare med stor m\u00e5ngfald f\u00f6r att g\u00f6ra testet uppslukande och realistiskt. \u00d6ver 1&nbsp;300 ans\u00f6kningar kom in, varav 57 av de b\u00e4sta sk\u00e5despelarna fick 77 roller. F\u00f6r att s\u00e4kerst\u00e4lla att produktionen var s\u00e5 kostnadseffektiv som m\u00f6jligt filmades den i en studio specialiserad p\u00e5 gr\u00f6n sk\u00e4rm (green screen). 67 videor producerades p\u00e5 endast 6 dagar, vilket skulle ha tagit betydligt l\u00e4ngre tid och blivit mycket dyrare om de filmats p\u00e5 plats.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Projektet omfattade ett betydande engagemang bland intressenter med bidragsgivare fr\u00e5n 27 yrkesgrupper, 98 avdelningar\/byr\u00e5er, personaln\u00e4tverk, civiltj\u00e4nstkommissariens kontor och fackf\u00f6reningsrepresentation. GRS gjorde en betydande insats under hela projektet f\u00f6r att inkludera funktionshindrade personer i utredning, implementering och tidiga testfaser. I februari 2017 fick Digital Accessibility Center (DAC) i uppdrag att testa programvaran f\u00f6r att s\u00e4kerst\u00e4lla att den uppfyllde b\u00e4sta praxis f\u00f6r tillg\u00e4nglighetsstandarder och -lagstiftning. Denna testning omfattade 10 kvalitetss\u00e4kringspersoner som alla hade funktionsneds\u00e4ttningar och som sj\u00e4lva har upplevt de hinder som en otillg\u00e4nglig webbplats kan skapa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I slut\u00e4ndan var m\u00e5let att designa en artikelbanksbed\u00f6mning som bestod av 44 tester. \u00d6ver 16 000 resultat fr\u00e5n tester anv\u00e4ndes f\u00f6r att analysera de negativa f\u00f6ljderna och giltigheten i bed\u00f6mningarna f\u00f6re implementering samt f\u00f6r att skapa korrekta standarder.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Resultaten<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Den mobilanpassade multimediabed\u00f6mningen lanserades i februari 2017. Sedan lanseringen har den genomf\u00f6rts av \u00f6ver en kvarts miljon ans\u00f6kande och \u00f6vningssajten har anv\u00e4nts 100&nbsp;000 g\u00e5nger. Testet har hj\u00e4lpt till att tills\u00e4tta tusentals tj\u00e4nster, fr\u00e5n administrativa befattningar till ledarroller.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>1. Leverera en ny engagerande bed\u00f6mnings- och onlineplattform p\u00e5 kort tid<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Testet \u00e4r ett innovativt steg fram\u00e5t inom bed\u00f6mning, vilket ger en engagerande upplevelse f\u00f6r arbetss\u00f6kande. Varje aktivitet levererades inom en kort tidsperiod och framg\u00e5ngen \u00e5terspeglas i det betydande antalet avdelningar inom civilf\u00f6rvaltningen som valde att implementera den: \u00f6ver 50 stycken.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2. Inkluderande och tillg\u00e4ngligt f\u00f6r alla kandidater<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Baserat p\u00e5 analysen av ett urval av 58&nbsp;295&nbsp;kandidater har testerna bed\u00f6mts som r\u00e4ttvisa p\u00e5 organisationens miniminiv\u00e5 f\u00f6r godk\u00e4nt betyg och orsakar inte negativa f\u00f6ljder baserat p\u00e5 k\u00f6n, funktionsneds\u00e4ttning, etnicitet eller hbtq-status. Eftersom testet \u00e4r tillg\u00e4ngligt som standard har antalet f\u00f6rfr\u00e5gningar om justeringar fr\u00e5n funktionshindrade testtagare minskat med sm\u00e5tt otroliga 80&nbsp;%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>3. F\u00f6rb\u00e4ttra effektiviteten och s\u00e4nka kostnaderna<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Civilf\u00f6rvaltningen har uppskattat att implementeringen av testet, som en del av en trio av psykometriska tester som anv\u00e4nds vid rekrytering, har sparat 3,5&nbsp;miljoner pund i resurser som inte l\u00e4ngre beh\u00f6vs f\u00f6r att manuellt granska jobbans\u00f6kningar.
