styrke og udvikle kompetencen hos sine nuv\u00e6rende og fremtidige medarbejdere. For at g\u00f8re dette skulle den adf\u00e6rd og de egenskaber, der f\u00f8rer til succes p\u00e5 tv\u00e6rs af alle niveauer og stillinger, afklares.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Resultaterne af denne afklaringsproces kunne derefter tjene som udgangspunkt for at forts\u00e6tte succesfuld levering af tjenester rundt om i verden, samtidig med at der reageres p\u00e5 et milj\u00f8 i konstant forandring.&nbsp; Det var vigtigt, at diversitets- og inklusionsadf\u00e6rd blev inkluderet i denne ramme for at s\u00e6tte dem i stand til at opfylde deres ambitioner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>Organisationen f\u00f6rs\u00f6kte definiera hur bra ser ut, b\u00e5de nu och i framtiden.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">L\u00f8sning<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Organisationen samarbejdede med Talogy og lancerede projektet med deres medarbejdere- og strategiteam. Disse HR-ledere blev derefter p\u00e5lagt at arrangere lokale uddannelsessessioner for at introducere rammen og best practice-principperne for kompetencebaserede samtaler for deres teams.
