huishoudelijke artikelen van hoge kwaliteit biedt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Uitdagingen<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>M&amp;S is er trots op een inclusieve werkgever te zijn. In dit kader heeft hij in het verleden een &#8216;Inspiring Women&#8217;-programma opgezet om de loopbaanontwikkeling van vrouwen te versnellen en de vertegenwoordiging van vrouwelijke managers binnen de organisatie te vergroten. In 2019 bouwde hij voort op het succes van dit programma om een programma te ontwerpen om de vertegenwoordiging van zowel vrouwen als BAME-collega\u2019s (zwarte, Aziatische en etnische minderheden) in senior managementposities te verhogen. Hierdoor kon ik <strong>als manager mijn prestaties beter beschouwen<\/strong> en me meer van mezelf bewust worden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"talogy-quote_author has-white-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-421483a60593837053c4c7711cfeb4d0\" style=\"font-style:normal;font-weight:400\">Deelnemer aan het programma<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Oplossing<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Het Breakthrough Leaders-programma telde 3 onderwerpen: Manager met emotionele intelligentie, Manager van zichzelf, en Inclusieve manager, waarbij elk onderwerp door een andere leverancier is aangeboden. Talogy werkte samen met de programma-eigenaar om de component \u2018Manager met emotionele intelligentie\u2019 te ontwerpen en te leveren. Het gaat om een 1,5 daagse interactieve workshop, voorafgegaan door onze diagnostiek: Emotional Intelligence Profile 3 en Leadership Climate Indicator 360. Deze workshop bouwde voort op inhoud die al werd geleverd in andere talentprogramma&#8217;s in de organisatie. Zo werd een gemeenschappelijke taal en begrip gecre\u00eberd rond het belang en de impact van emotioneel intelligent management. Wij hebben ook vier sessies van \u00e9\u00e9n uur met een-op-een-coaching voorzien voor elke deelnemer tijdens de duur van het programma. Deze sessies stelden hen in staat hun leerproces te verkennen en het te integreren in hun management. De workshop en de daaropvolgende coaching waren gericht op:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>het belang van zelfbeschouwing voor het begrijpen van beperkende persoonlijke overtuigingen en het omgaan met feedback, projectie en vooroordelen van anderen;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>respect voor anderen als basis voor inclusief management.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Aan het einde van het programma werd de diagnostiek rond emotionele intelligentie opnieuw afgenomen om te kijken welke weg de deelnemer had afgelegd en om de laatste coachingssessies en actieplanning te ondersteunen. Het doel hiervan? Ongeveer 50% van hen is in een grotere functie met meer verantwoordelijkheid terechtgekomen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Aan het eind van het programma werd het emotionele intelligentieprofiel opnieuw gemeten, waaruit een gemiddelde toename van 16% over alle gemeten schalen in de gehele populatie blijkt.
