\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/section>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Uitdaging van de klant<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Eisai is een wereldwijd farmaceutisch bedrijf met hoofdkantoor in Japan, dat gespecialiseerd is in oncologie en neurologie. Hun activiteiten zijn gebaseerd op een onderliggende missie van Human Health Care (HHC): <em>&#8220;We denken eerst aan de pati\u00ebnten<\/em>.&#8221; In overeenstemming met die missie worden alle werknemers aangemoedigd 1% van hun werktijd dicht bij pati\u00ebnten door te brengen, om een beter beeld te krijgen van de realiteit van pati\u00ebnten, hun gezin en hun loopbaan. Deze aanpak is zeer doeltreffend gebleken, maar kan aanzienlijke gevolgen hebben voor de werknemers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Naarmate het bedrijf groeide, kreeg het bovendien te maken met verschillende uitdagingen. Gary Hendler, CEO in de EMEA, heeft altijd geloofd dat veerkracht een belangrijk gedragsaspect is om rekening mee te houden en om te kunnen inspelen op de steeds veranderende omgeving.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Daarom introduceerde hij 10 jaar geleden &#8216;veerkracht&#8217; als een van de motiverende gedragingen die volgens hem ten grondslag liggen aan succes in de organisatie. Het concept veerkracht is nu diep verankerd in de organisatie. Het is iets wat Eisai als uiterst waardevol beschouwt voor het succes van zijn managers en werknemers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In 2011 besloot Eisai zijn focus op veerkracht te veralgemenen door samen te werken met Talogy om een verscheidenheid aan op veerkracht gerichte initiatieven te ontwikkelen om de veerkracht van Eisai-werknemers in heel Europa te versterken.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Oplossing<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Eisai werkte nauw samen met de veerkrachtexperts van Talogy om een toepasbare workshop op maat te ontwikkelen. Het doel hiervan was het concept van veerkracht te verankeren binnen Eisai met behulp van een krachtig psychometrisch instrument.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>De workshops over veerkracht van Eisai zijn ontworpen om:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>managers en hun teams bij te scholen in het concept van veerkracht;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>alle teams te helpen van nature veerkracht op te bouwen en dit te verbeteren;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>managers te leren hoe ze hun teams kunnen coachen en begeleiden om hun veerkracht te vergroten.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>10 Eisai Commercial Training Managers en L&amp;D-experts uit heel Europa zijn gecertificeerd als veerkrachtexperts. Ze zijn gekwalificeerd om de workshops over veerkracht te geven aan alle werknemers binnen de organisatie.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>De workshops worden georganiseerd rond de befaamde vragenlijst over veerkracht van Talogy, gericht op de aspecten van de psychologische veerkracht, denk- en gedragspatronen van een individu die van invloed zijn op het vermogen om positief te reageren op tegenslagen en uitdagingen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Nadat managers aan de workshops hebben deelgenomen, worden ze aangemoedigd hun nieuwe vaardigheden te gebruiken om hun teams te helpen met op veerkracht gebaseerde initiatieven, zoals een-op-een coaching, teamsessies en workshops voor werknemers<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Resultaten<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>De workshops over veerkracht worden al 9 jaar georganiseerd en het concept en de waarde zijn nu volledig verankerd binnen Eisai. Meer dan 600 Eisai-werknemers van over de hele wereld hebben ten minste \u00e9\u00e9n workshop over veerkracht bijgewoond. De deelnemers geven aan dat ze baat hebben bij de workshops.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De workshops en vragenlijsten hebben ongetwijfeld inzicht gegeven in het vermogen van individuen om met verandering om te gaan. Tijdens de COVID-19-pandemie in 2020 werd het gezien als een waardevol, relevant instrument om teams zowel professioneel als persoonlijk te ondersteunen.
