\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/section>\n\n\n\n<p>In 1981 begon CAYSH steun en onderdak te bieden aan jonge mensen in Croydon die dakloos dreigden te worden. De afgelopen 35 jaar zijn de behoeften van de mensen die zij ontmoeten steeds gevarieerder en complexer geworden. Ze bieden zowel steun als onderdak om ervoor te zorgen dat jongeren na een periode van dakloosheid onafhankelijk worden met alle vaardigheden die ze nodig hebben om er het beste van te maken.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">De uitdaging<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>CAYSH erkende de noodzaak om te verduidelijken hoe succes eruitziet op gedragsniveau voor elke functie binnen de organisatie. Dit vloeide voort uit de wens om te tonen dat iedereen zich inzet voor de ontwikkeling van mensen. Het vloeide tevens voort uit de wens dat lijnmanagers dit proces in handen zouden nemen, met een duidelijker inzicht in de gedragsvaardigheden die zij in hun teams zouden moeten trachten te ontwikkelen en te benutten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wij werden geselecteerd als externe partner om een nieuw organisatiebreed competentiekader te cre\u00ebren. Daarin moest de nieuwe realiteit van de werkplek van CAYSH worden weerspiegeld, naast hun kernwaarden. CAYSH koos voor ons vanwege:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>ons leiderschap op het gebied van gedragsbeoordeling en ontwikkeling;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>onze bewezen staat van dienst in het ontwikkelen van nauwkeurige, bruikbare competenties;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>de inclusieve, collaboratieve en boeiende benadering van functieonderzoek door ons team.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">De oplossing<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ons voorstel om bij het ontwerpen van het kader een bottom-up benadering te volgen, werd snel goedgekeurd. De beweegredenen voor deze aanpak waren aanzienlijk: CAYSH wilde dat alle personeelsleden een inbreng hadden om een gevoel van eigenaarschap en empowerment te cre\u00ebren (over hun professionele ontwikkeling, en om ervoor te zorgen dat de juiste criteria zouden worden gebruikt voor toekomstige werving). Wij verzamelden allereerst zoveel mogelijk informatie van eerstelijnspersoneel, individuele medewerkers en zelfs gebruikers van diensten. Hiertoe hebben wij gebruik gemaakt van onze online vragenlijst voor arbeidsanalyse, die werd gepersonaliseerd voor CAYSH. We behaalden een indrukwekkend responspercentage van 57% voor de hele organisatie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De resultaten werden geanalyseerd en de belangrijkste thema&#8217;s werden op geheugenborden geschreven, die werden gebruikt in boeiende focusgroepactiviteiten met eerstelijnspersoneel en later eerstelijnsmanagers. Ook in dit stadium werd informatie verzameld, geanalyseerd en gebruikt voor het volgende stadium. Dit betekende dat de vragen die onze consultants stelden aan senior managers en bestuursleden in een-op-een gesprekken voortvloeiden uit informatie die in de hele organisatie was verzameld.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Uiteindelijk leverde dit ons genoeg informatie op om algemene thematische analyses op onze gegevens uit te voeren en het eerste ontwerp van het competentiekader op te stellen. Wij zijn met de stuurgroep van CAYSH bijeengekomen om de titels, definities en specifieke indicatoren te evalueren. Wij hebben het taalgebruik zorgvuldig bestudeerd om ervoor te zorgen dat het model zinvol is voor de eindgebruikers.
