intergouvernementele organisatie de bekwaamheid van haar huidige en toekomstige personeel te vergroten en te ontwikkelen. Daartoe moest een duidelijk beeld worden geschept van de gedragingen en eigenschappen die op alle niveaus en in alle functies tot succes leiden.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De resultaten van dit ophelderingsproces zouden dan als uitgangspunt kunnen dienen om met succes overal ter wereld diensten te blijven verlenen en tegelijkertijd in te spelen op een steeds veranderende omgeving.&nbsp; Het was van essentieel belang dat diversiteits- en inclusiegedragingen in dit kader werden opgenomen om hen in staat te stellen hun ambities waar te maken.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">De organisatie probeerde te defini\u00ebren hoe geweldig er nu en in de toekomst uitziet<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Oplossing<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>De organisatie werkte samen met Talogy en lanceerde het project met hun People and Strategy-team. Het Talogy-team heeft 15 focusgroepen gehouden met personeel over de hele wereld, op alle niveaus en in tal van functies. Talogy voerde ook 12 vooruitziende gesprekken met senior managers in de organisatie om hun toekomstvisie en -koers te begrijpen. De gedragingen die uit de focusgroepen en gesprekken naar voren kwamen, werden vervolgens gegroepeerd in acht competenties op vijf organisatorische niveaus. Om de opzet inclusief te maken, werd een organisatiebrede validatievragenlijst opengesteld voor alle personeelsleden. Zo konden ze hun mening geven over de afgebakende competenties en de relevantie ervan voor hun dagelijkse functies. Via een repetitief proces werd het kader aangepast en geperfectioneerd.&nbsp; Door middel van interculturele evaluatie werd ervoor gezorgd dat de taal in het kader toegankelijk en relevant is voor alle landen en culturen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Diversiteits- en inclusiegedrag is verankerd in alle personeelsprocessen, wat positieve systemische verandering mogelijk maakt<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Resultaten<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Het competentiekader werd gelanceerd voor een groep HR-managers uit verschillende landen met een interactieve \u2018train-de-trainer\u2019 sessie over zowel het kader als het voeren van competentiegerichte sollicitatiegesprekken. Deze HR-managers kregen vervolgens de opdracht lokale opleidingssessies te organiseren om het kader en de beste praktijkprincipes van competentiegerichte sollicitatiegesprekken aan hun teams voor te stellen.
