En fait, nous d\u00e9pendons des superviseurs et des gestionnaires pour diriger la plus grande population de salari\u00e9s dans son objectif de remplir la mission de l&rsquo;organisation. Malheureusement, nous sommes nombreux \u00e0 savoir que la plupart des managers ne sont pas de grands leaders. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Une s\u00e9lection malavis\u00e9e, une mauvaise conception des t\u00e2ches et l&rsquo;utilisation m\u00eame des termes \u00ab\u00a0manager\u00a0\u00bb ou \u00ab\u00a0superviseur\u00a0\u00bb renforcent tous la culture du leader qui ne dirige pas r\u00e9ellement. Dans mon travail avec les organisations, nous parlons de ceux qui dirigent au sein de l&rsquo;organisation et souvent nous parlons sp\u00e9cifiquement de ces leaders qui sont des managers. Un th\u00e8me commun que j&rsquo;ai observ\u00e9 est la prise de conscience par l&rsquo;organisation que les managers ne dirigent pas vraiment &#8211; ils managent plut\u00f4t, comme leur nom l&rsquo;indique. Ils en arrivent \u00e0 cette prise de conscience par diff\u00e9rents moyens, mais bien souvent, elle se manifeste par le fait que la vision du leadership senior n&rsquo;est pas mise en \u0153uvre dans l&rsquo;ensemble de l&rsquo;organisation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Le sablier culturel<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>C&rsquo;est ce que nous avons appel\u00e9 le \u00ab&nbsp;sablier culturel&nbsp;\u00bb. Les leaders senior ont une grande vision, le personnel veut la mettre en \u0153uvre, mais un goulot d&rsquo;\u00e9tranglement l&#8217;emp\u00eache de devenir r\u00e9alit\u00e9. Et, dans de nombreux cas, ce n&rsquo;est pas la faute des managers. Leurs emplois sont con\u00e7us de mani\u00e8re \u00e0 les obliger \u00e0 \u00eatre des administrateurs plut\u00f4t que des leaders. Ils veulent simplement accomplir leur travail parce que leur emploi en d\u00e9pend, ce qui ne leur laisse pas le temps de coacher et d&rsquo;encadrer leurs salari\u00e9s en innovant et en favorisant le changement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/12\/talogy-cultural-hourglass.jpg\" alt=\"talogy cultural hourglass\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Je crois que le manque de leadership des managers est la raison pour laquelle 360 Feedback est devenu populaire. Si vous d\u00e9pendez d&rsquo;un bon leader, vous savez o\u00f9 vous en \u00eates tout au long de l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e. Vous donnez et recevez du feedback r\u00e9gulier. Dans de nombreux cas, il n&rsquo;est pas n\u00e9cessaire d&rsquo;effectuer une \u00e9valuation des performances, sauf peut-\u00eatre pour communiquer une augmentation de salaire. L&rsquo;autre moiti\u00e9 consiste \u00e0 leur donner acc\u00e8s \u00e0 des possibilit\u00e9s de d\u00e9veloppement, \u00e0 des mod\u00e8les et \u00e0 un feedback r\u00e9gulier. Le simple fait d&rsquo;aider les managers \u00e0 se voir comme des leaders est un \u00e9norme pas en avant.
