Cette initiative avait pour objectif d&rsquo;identifier les meilleurs talents et les leaders potentiels pour un d\u00e9veloppement cibl\u00e9, leur permettant ainsi de progresser au sein de l\u2019organisation, d\u2019acc\u00e9der \u00e0 des postes de haut niveau et d\u2019assurer la continuit\u00e9 du leadership.
