Pour cela, elle devait clarifier les comportements et les attributs qui m\u00e8nent au succ\u00e8s \u00e0 tous les niveaux et postes.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les r\u00e9sultats de ce process de clarification pourraient alors servir de point de d\u00e9part pour continuer \u00e0 fournir efficacement des services dans le monde entier, tout en s&rsquo;adaptant \u00e0 un environnement en constante \u00e9volution.&nbsp; Il \u00e9tait essentiel que les comportements en mati\u00e8re de diversit\u00e9 et d&rsquo;inclusion soient inclus dans ce r\u00e9f\u00e9rentiel pour qu&rsquo;elle puisse r\u00e9aliser ses ambitions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">L\u2019organisation a voulu d\u00e9finir la notion d\u2019excellence, ce qui est grand \u00e0 la fois aujourd\u2019hui et dans le futur<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Solution<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>L&rsquo;organisation s&rsquo;est associ\u00e9e \u00e0 Talogy et a lanc\u00e9 le projet avec son \u00e9quipe responsable du personnel et de la strat\u00e9gie. Pour s&rsquo;assurer que la conception \u00e9tait inclusive, une enqu\u00eate de validation \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9chelle de l&rsquo;organisation a \u00e9t\u00e9 ouverte \u00e0 tous les membres du personnel pour leur donner l&rsquo;occasion de commenter l&rsquo;\u00e9bauche des comp\u00e9tences et leur pertinence par rapport \u00e0 leurs t\u00e2ches quotidiennes.
