Les services de CAYSH combinent accompagnement et h\u00e9bergement pour s&rsquo;assurer qu&rsquo;apr\u00e8s une p\u00e9riode d&rsquo;itin\u00e9rance, les jeunes acc\u00e8dent \u00e0 l&rsquo;autonomie avec toutes les comp\u00e9tences dont ils ont besoin pour mener leur vie au mieux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Le d\u00e9fi<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>CAYSH a constat\u00e9 la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 de clarifier ce qu&rsquo;est la r\u00e9ussite sur le plan comportemental pour chaque poste au sein de l&rsquo;organisation. Cette d\u00e9marche \u00e9tait motiv\u00e9e par un d\u00e9sir de d\u00e9montrer l&rsquo;engagement de chacun envers le d\u00e9veloppement des personnes. Il s&rsquo;agissait \u00e9galement de faire en sorte que les responsables hi\u00e9rarchiques s&rsquo;approprient ce process avec une meilleure compr\u00e9hension des comp\u00e9tences comportementales qu&rsquo;ils devraient chercher \u00e0 d\u00e9velopper et \u00e0 utiliser au sein de leurs \u00e9quipes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nous avons \u00e9t\u00e9 s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9s en tant que partenaire externe pour soutenir la cr\u00e9ation d&rsquo;un nouveau r\u00e9f\u00e9rentiel de comp\u00e9tences \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9chelle de l&rsquo;organisation qui refl\u00e8te la nouvelle r\u00e9alit\u00e9 de l&rsquo;environnement de travail de CAYSH, en plus de ses valeurs fondamentales. Nous avons \u00e9t\u00e9 choisis pour&nbsp;:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Notre leadership dans le domaine de l&rsquo;\u00e9valuation et du d\u00e9veloppement des comportements.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Notre exp\u00e9rience \u00e9prouv\u00e9e dans le d\u00e9veloppement de comp\u00e9tences adapt\u00e9es et utiles.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>L&rsquo;approche inclusive, collaborative et engageante de notre \u00e9quipe en mati\u00e8re de recherche de postes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The solution<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Notre proposition d&rsquo;adopter une approche ascendante pour la conception du r\u00e9f\u00e9rentiel a \u00e9t\u00e9 rapidement approuv\u00e9e. La justification de cette approche \u00e9tait importante&nbsp;; CAYSH souhaitait que tout le personnel ait son mot \u00e0 dire afin de cr\u00e9er un sentiment d&rsquo;appropriation et d&rsquo;autonomisation (dans leur d\u00e9veloppement professionnel et en s&rsquo;assurant que les bons crit\u00e8res seraient utilis\u00e9s pour les futurs recrutements). Notre approche consistait d&rsquo;abord \u00e0 recueillir autant d&rsquo;informations que possible aupr\u00e8s du personnel de premi\u00e8re ligne, des contributeurs individuels et m\u00eame des utilisateurs du service. Pour faciliter cela, nous avons utilis\u00e9 notre Questionnaire d&rsquo;analyse des emplois en ligne, adapt\u00e9 \u00e0 CAYSH. Nous avons atteint un taux de r\u00e9ponse impressionnant de 57&nbsp;% dans l&rsquo;ensemble de l&rsquo;organisation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les r\u00e9sultats ont \u00e9t\u00e9 analys\u00e9s et les principaux th\u00e8mes ont \u00e9t\u00e9 inscrits sur des fiches aide-m\u00e9moire, utilis\u00e9es pour engager des activit\u00e9s de groupe de discussion avec le personnel de premi\u00e8re ligne, puis les managers de premi\u00e8re ligne.
