L&rsquo;attitude du personnel \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9gard de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9, du changement et de la capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 rester r\u00e9solument ax\u00e9 sur l&rsquo;exp\u00e9rience du patient et de sa famille commence par la capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 attirer, s\u00e9lectionner, former et retenir les bonnes personnes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Chaque d\u00e9cision de recrutement ou de promotion a un impact sur la culture organisationnelle, l&rsquo;objectif est donc de lier le recrutement aux am\u00e9liorations culturelles souhait\u00e9es. Les ressources humaines ont travaill\u00e9 avec les chefs de service pour lier tous les emplois \u00e0 la mission d\u00e8s le d\u00e9but du processus de recrutement.
