L&rsquo;objectif principal du projet \u00e9tait de concevoir, de mettre en \u0153uvre et de g\u00e9rer des process de recrutement qui \u00e9liminent les candidats \u00ab&nbsp;\u00e0 risque&nbsp;\u00bb et aident l&rsquo;organisation \u00e0 affecter correctement et \u00e9quitablement les personnes qualifi\u00e9es aux postes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Solution<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Une validation li\u00e9e aux crit\u00e8res a \u00e9t\u00e9 men\u00e9e dans neuf domaines de soins infirmiers diff\u00e9rents.
