\u0153uvre un process rigoureux et objectif d&rsquo;\u00e9valuation et de centre de d\u00e9veloppement pour donner au conseil une id\u00e9e claire de la force du vivier de talents actuel. Plus pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment, le projet visait \u00e0&nbsp;:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Concevoir une solution d&rsquo;\u00e9valuation rentable qui soutiendra le d\u00e9veloppement des managers interm\u00e9diaires en s&rsquo;appuyant sur l&rsquo;exploration en entretiens individuels en interne de la motivation professionnelle.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Comparer ces managers \u00e0 notre mod\u00e8le de leadership LIVED<sup>\u00ae<\/sup> en utilisant un m\u00e9lange de m\u00e9thodologies d&rsquo;\u00e9valuation psychom\u00e9trique et comportementale qui ont \u00e9galement \u00e9t\u00e9 mises en correspondance avec les comp\u00e9tences de leadership de Rydon.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fournir une plateforme fond\u00e9e sur des preuves pour la conception et la mise en \u0153uvre de programmes de d\u00e9veloppement individuel et\/ou de groupe.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">La solution<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Pr\u00e9-\u00e9valuation<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Nous avons travaill\u00e9 avec Rydon pour comprendre le contexte de son entreprise, y compris le march\u00e9, la strat\u00e9gie, la culture et les exigences des r\u00f4les de leader. Cela nous a permis de d\u00e9terminer la mani\u00e8re dont LIVED serait appliqu\u00e9 pour un succ\u00e8s maximal et de d\u00e9finir la bonne r\u00e9f\u00e9rence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nous sommes entr\u00e9s en contact direct avec les participants pour nous assurer qu&rsquo;ils \u00e9taient bien pr\u00e9par\u00e9s au process, en prenant des dispositions pour qu&rsquo;ils passent les \u00e9valuations psychom\u00e9triques en ligne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Journ\u00e9e d&rsquo;\u00e9valuation<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>La journ\u00e9e d&rsquo;\u00e9valuation a commenc\u00e9 par un entretien approfondi de deux heures et demie qui a permis d&rsquo;explorer l&rsquo;historique de carri\u00e8re des participants, leurs aspirations et leurs motivations, et de d\u00e9terminer leurs points forts et leurs besoins de d\u00e9veloppement. Au cours de cette s\u00e9ance, les managers ont acquis une compr\u00e9hension compl\u00e8te de leur profil psychom\u00e9trique. Dans l&rsquo;apr\u00e8s-midi, ils ont particip\u00e9 \u00e0 un exercice de simulation\/pr\u00e9sentation d&rsquo;entreprise de deux heures et demie, r\u00e9alis\u00e9 en face \u00e0 face.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Post-\u00e9valuation<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c0 la fin de la journ\u00e9e d&rsquo;\u00e9valuation, notre psychologue consultant a cr\u00e9\u00e9 un rapport complet d&rsquo;\u00e9valuation et de d\u00e9veloppement du leadership LIVED.
