Il s&rsquo;agit de l&rsquo;un des plus grands employeurs du Royaume-Uni, avec environ 148&nbsp;000&nbsp;personnes au Royaume-Uni et 14&nbsp;000&nbsp;autres dans le reste de l&rsquo;Europe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Le d\u00e9fi<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>D\u00e9but 2015, Royal Mail Group (RMG) a identifi\u00e9 le besoin de doter 800&nbsp;managers de la confiance et des comp\u00e9tences n\u00e9cessaires pour prendre des d\u00e9cisions de recrutement importantes, tout en reconnaissant que le recrutement et l&rsquo;\u00e9valuation ne sont pas des comp\u00e9tences professionnelles essentielles pour ces managers. RMG s&rsquo;est associ\u00e9 \u00e0 Talogy pour mettre en \u0153uvre cet \u00e9l\u00e9ment cl\u00e9 de sa strat\u00e9gie de gestion des ressources humaines.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cela impliquait un process \u00ab&nbsp;d&rsquo;approbation&nbsp;\u00bb de formation et de perfectionnement pour les 800&nbsp;managers, ce qui garantirait un niveau de comp\u00e9tence lors de la prise de d\u00e9cisions cl\u00e9s en mati\u00e8re de recrutement. Un autre objectif \u00e9tait de s&rsquo;assurer que toutes les \u00e9valuations \u00e9taient r\u00e9alis\u00e9es en utilisant les m\u00e9thodologies des meilleures pratiques.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L&rsquo;exp\u00e9rience, les connaissances, les comp\u00e9tences et la confiance de ces managers variaient aussi largement que les process de recrutement sp\u00e9cifiques utilis\u00e9s dans l&rsquo;ensemble de l&rsquo;organisation. Il \u00e9tait donc important d&rsquo;appr\u00e9cier et, si possible, de tenir compte de ces diff\u00e9rences tout en respectant les objectifs g\u00e9n\u00e9raux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">La solution<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>RMG nous a confi\u00e9 la t\u00e2che de fournir une approche des \u00ab&nbsp;bonnes pratiques&nbsp;\u00bb en mati\u00e8re d&rsquo;\u00e9valuation de recrutement, tout en apportant un \u00e9clairage externe suppl\u00e9mentaire sur les tendances et les d\u00e9fis du recrutement. Parall\u00e8lement, la collaboration avec un prestataire externe a permis de r\u00e9aliser des volumes \u00e9lev\u00e9s de formation sans impacter les ressources internes de RMG.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nous avons men\u00e9 un audit complet des niveaux de confiance et de comp\u00e9tence existants autour des diff\u00e9rents aspects du recrutement. Cet audit a \u00e9t\u00e9 men\u00e9 en demandant \u00e0 des personnes de l&rsquo;ensemble de l&rsquo;entreprise de remplir une auto-\u00e9valuation de la confiance et un test de connaissances multiples pour \u00e9valuer les comp\u00e9tences. \u00c0 partir de l\u00e0, les objectifs d&rsquo;apprentissage ont \u00e9t\u00e9 identifi\u00e9s en fonction de la compr\u00e9hension, des comp\u00e9tences et des lacunes actuelles des managers et la formation a \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9labor\u00e9e. Celle-ci a \u00e9galement int\u00e9gr\u00e9 les principes de bonnes pratiques des normes de la British Psychological Society et notre expertise en \u00e9valuation acquise au cours des 30&nbsp;derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La formation a dur\u00e9 deux jours pour garantir suffisamment de temps pour le transfert des connaissances, une pratique s\u00fbre et le partage des informations. Elle a \u00e9t\u00e9 compl\u00e9t\u00e9e par des documents de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence et un manuel de travail pour un soutien continu.
