En 2015, il \u00e9tait devenu le leader dans tous les domaines de performance&nbsp;; apr\u00e8s avoir men\u00e9 \u00e0 bien un programme de changement implacable, ax\u00e9 sur la cr\u00e9ation de la bonne culture pour r\u00e9pondre aux besoins de ses clients. En r\u00e9ponse \u00e0 la pression r\u00e9glementaire visant simultan\u00e9ment \u00e0 r\u00e9duire les co\u00fbts et \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer les performances op\u00e9rationnelles, la strat\u00e9gie de Talent Management de NGN fait partie int\u00e9grante de la volont\u00e9 du PDG et des membres du conseil d&rsquo;administration d&rsquo;\u00eatre plus orient\u00e9s client et plus agiles, en identifiant et en maximisant l&rsquo;implication du personnel talentueux dans sa r\u00e9alisation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>NGN a per\u00e7u la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 de s&rsquo;associer \u00e0 un cabinet de conseil en Talent Management de premier plan qui fournirait un soutien et un d\u00e9fi au d\u00e9veloppement et \u00e0 la r\u00e9alisation de la strat\u00e9gie, alors que l&rsquo;entreprise pr\u00e9voyait de r\u00e9diger et de remporter son offre pour la prochaine p\u00e9riode r\u00e9glementaire de 10&nbsp;ans. NGN a identifi\u00e9 comme une priorit\u00e9 d&rsquo;investir s\u00e9rieusement dans le d\u00e9veloppement de ses collaborateurs, en leur permettant de donner le meilleur d&rsquo;eux-m\u00eames et en permettant aux individus et \u00e0 l&rsquo;entreprise de comprendre les forces et les besoins de d\u00e9veloppement comme point de d\u00e9part pour une croissance future. Le contrat que NGN nous a confi\u00e9 consistait \u00e0 cr\u00e9er une strat\u00e9gie qui aboutisse \u00e0 un process d&rsquo;identification et de d\u00e9veloppement des talents qui soit diff\u00e9rent, stimulant, mais aussi amusant pour chaque collaborateur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">La solution<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c9tant donn\u00e9 que NGN trouve son inspiration en dehors du secteur de l&rsquo;\u00e9nergie aupr\u00e8s d&rsquo;organisations telles que John Lewis et McLaren, plut\u00f4t que d&rsquo;utiliser des comportements de leadership vus dans le secteur de l&rsquo;\u00e9nergie, nous avons recommand\u00e9 le d\u00e9veloppement d&rsquo;un r\u00e9f\u00e9rentiel de comp\u00e9tences sur mesure, en utilisant un langage pour refl\u00e9ter la culture d&rsquo;inclusion et pour am\u00e9liorer l&rsquo;engagement et l&rsquo;adh\u00e9sion. En utilisant les bonnes pratiques d&rsquo;analyse des emplois et de m\u00e9thodologie de recherche et une participation maximale dans l&rsquo;ensemble de l&rsquo;entreprise, les sept comp\u00e9tences r\u00e9sultantes ont \u00e0 leur tour \u00e9t\u00e9 align\u00e9es sur trois grands viviers de talents. Ces comp\u00e9tences ont \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e0 la base de la conception d&rsquo;une s\u00e9rie de centres de talents et d&rsquo;un choix d&rsquo;\u00e9valuations comportementales et psychom\u00e9triques.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le PDG de NGN, Mark Horsley et les coll\u00e8gues du Business Review Group (BRG) ont \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9troitement impliqu\u00e9s \u00e0 toutes les \u00e9tapes du d\u00e9veloppement et de la mise en \u0153uvre de la strat\u00e9gie.
