Elle emploie plus de 800&nbsp;personnes et traite principalement du p\u00e9trole brut l\u00e9ger pour fabriquer divers carburants de transport, des mati\u00e8res premi\u00e8res p\u00e9trochimiques et des produits connexes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">D\u00e9fi client<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Bien que Phillips&nbsp;66 accorde une grande importance \u00e0 la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 des collaborateurs et investisse dans ce domaine, la direction du site de Bayway souhaitait am\u00e9liorer davantage l&rsquo;engagement des collaborateurs et leur appropriation de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9. Compte tenu de la complexit\u00e9 des op\u00e9rations de la raffinerie, il y avait une volont\u00e9 de sortir des m\u00e9thodes de formation traditionnelles afin que la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 soit plus personnelle et adapt\u00e9e \u00e0 chaque personne, tout en am\u00e9liorant le maintien des connaissances essentielles sur les proc\u00e9dures de s\u00e9curit\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le site de Bayway utilisait d\u00e9j\u00e0 les \u00e9valuations de Talogy dans le cadre du process de recrutement des collaborateurs contractuels. Il comprenait l&rsquo;\u00e9valuation en ligne Safety<em>DNA<\/em>, un atelier personnalis\u00e9 sur site et des s\u00e9ances de coaching en petits groupes, ainsi que des plans d&rsquo;action personnels bas\u00e9s sur les r\u00e9sultats de l&rsquo;\u00e9valuation des collaborateurs. Plus de 150&nbsp;dirigeants ont ensuite particip\u00e9 au programme Safety<em>DNA<\/em> for Leaders l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e suivante.
