London South Bank University (LSBU) pour mettre en \u0153uvre une strat\u00e9gie de transformation et une strat\u00e9gie quinquennale ambitieuse visant \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer sa r\u00e9putation. De nombreux changements ont \u00e9t\u00e9 apport\u00e9s \u00e0 la structure organisationnelle et \u00e0 la direction g\u00e9n\u00e9rale, un seul membre de l&rsquo;\u00e9quipe ex\u00e9cutive initiale formant la nouvelle \u00e9quipe ex\u00e9cutive accompagnant le VC. Les d\u00e9fis en mati\u00e8re de leadership \u00e9taient importants&nbsp;: manque de confiance, travail cloisonn\u00e9, mauvaise communication\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Talogy s&rsquo;est associ\u00e9 \u00e0 la LSBU pour instaurer un climat et des capacit\u00e9s de leadership permettant une transformation culturelle et doter les leaders de l&rsquo;intelligence \u00e9motionnelle n\u00e9cessaire pour mener \u00e0 bien ce changement. L&rsquo;objectif \u00e9tait que les leaders soient plus autonomes, qu&rsquo;ils responsabilisent les autres, qu&rsquo;ils encouragent l&rsquo;ouverture au changement et \u00e0 l&rsquo;innovation, et qu&rsquo;ils inspirent et engagent les personnes qu&rsquo;ils dirigent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Solution<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Nous avons commenc\u00e9 par une phase de diagnostic, en menant des entretiens structur\u00e9s avec l&rsquo;\u00e9quipe de la direction et des op\u00e9rations (compos\u00e9e de 26&nbsp;personnes) pour mieux comprendre la culture actuelle, les comportements, les aspirations et les d\u00e9fis de leadership.&nbsp;La deuxi\u00e8me phase \u00e9tait une intervention en trois \u00e9tapes avec l&rsquo;\u00e9quipe dirigeante. Nous les avons aid\u00e9s \u00e0 se comprendre et \u00e0 comprendre leur impact, et nous avons aid\u00e9 l&rsquo;\u00e9quipe \u00e0 identifier et \u00e0 modifier sa fa\u00e7on de faire les choses afin de soutenir le changement de culture souhait\u00e9. Nous avons \u00e9galement lanc\u00e9 une enqu\u00eate sur le climat de leadership pour comprendre dans quelle mesure les comportements de leadership \u00e9taient actuellement conformes \u00e0 ceux souhait\u00e9s pour un changement efficace. D&rsquo;autres travaux ont \u00e9galement permis d&rsquo;identifier les comportements souhait\u00e9s pour les leaders de la LSBU, li\u00e9s \u00e0 leur strat\u00e9gie et au changement de culture.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lors de la troisi\u00e8me phase, nous avons construit un cadre d&rsquo;attributs de leadership, qui d\u00e9finit \u00e0 quoi ressemble un bon leadership \u00e0 la LSBU, avec des indicateurs de comportement pour chaque attribut. Cela a permis de clarifier et de partager la compr\u00e9hension des attentes culturelles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>35&nbsp;comportements ont \u00e9t\u00e9 cr\u00e9\u00e9s pour les leaders strat\u00e9giques et les leaders op\u00e9rationnels. Ils ont \u00e9t\u00e9 utilis\u00e9s pour cr\u00e9er un outil de feedback en ligne \u00e0 360\u00b0 sur mesure, qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 compl\u00e9t\u00e9 par tous les leaders strat\u00e9giques et op\u00e9rationnels. Nous avons organis\u00e9 des s\u00e9ances de feedback pour les leaders strat\u00e9giques et form\u00e9 l&rsquo;\u00e9quipe de d\u00e9veloppement organisationnel et de RH de la LSBU pour organiser des s\u00e9ances de feedback pour les leaders op\u00e9rationnels.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Par la suite, la LSBU a cr\u00e9\u00e9 une Leadership Academy proposant des programmes de d\u00e9veloppement bas\u00e9s sur les attributs de leadership et les comp\u00e9tences et connaissances de base des leaders.
