On a demand\u00e9 aux superviseurs si le collaborateur serait recommand\u00e9 pour une promotion. Parmi les collaborateurs les mieux not\u00e9s, 83 % seraient recommand\u00e9s pour une promotion, contre seulement 35 % des collaborateurs les moins bien not\u00e9s.
