Holcim (US) a fait appel \u00e0 Talogy pour lui fournir un syst\u00e8me de recrutement de classe mondiale afin de l&rsquo;aider \u00e0 recruter les meilleurs candidats possibles pour pourvoir 250&nbsp;postes \u00e0 temps plein dans sa nouvelle usine de Ste. Genevieve, sur les rives du Mississippi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ce projet \u00e9tait crucial pour Holcim Ltd. dans les Am\u00e9riques, car il s&rsquo;agissait d&rsquo;un projet de site vierge dont le co\u00fbt s&rsquo;\u00e9levait \u00e0 plus d&rsquo;un milliard de dollars et qui allait permettre la construction de la plus grande cimenterie de ce type.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour atteindre ces objectifs essentiels, la solution de s\u00e9lection de Talogy devait&nbsp;:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u00catre tr\u00e8s pr\u00e9cise dans l&rsquo;identification des personnes les plus aptes \u00e0 travailler en tant que techniciens dans un environnement de travail \u00e0 haut risque et \u00e0 utiliser des \u00e9quipements complexes \u00e0 la pointe de la technologie<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00catre tr\u00e8s pr\u00e9cise dans l&rsquo;identification des personnes les plus aptes \u00e0 travailler \u00e0 divers postes sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9s et administratifs sur le nouveau site<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mesurer avec pr\u00e9cision la propension \u00e0 la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et \u00e0 la prise de risques des candidats compte tenu de la nature de nombreux postes&nbsp;; les risques comprennent le travail en hauteur, le travail \u00e0 proximit\u00e9 de flammes \u00e0 haute intensit\u00e9, le travail avec des produits chimiques corrosifs, etc.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Offrir une exp\u00e9rience de recrutement per\u00e7ue comme \u00e9quitable et inclusive aux candidats de la grande r\u00e9gion de Saint-Louis<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Travailler en toute transparence avec d&rsquo;autres prestataires locaux de recrutement et d&rsquo;\u00e9valuation dans la r\u00e9gion, dans les domaines de l&rsquo;administration et de la technologie<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Holcim avait besoin de solutions d&rsquo;\u00e9valuation pour les postes suivants&nbsp;:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Cinq postes de techniciens cl\u00e9s qui exploiteraient directement ou superviseraient diverses fonctions du site (notamment, ciment, carri\u00e8re, qualit\u00e9, alimentation et contr\u00f4le et entrep\u00f4t).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Postes sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9s et administratifs, allant du sp\u00e9cialiste et de l&rsquo;ing\u00e9nieur au chef de secteur, au manager et aux op\u00e9rateurs de salle de contr\u00f4le<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">La solution<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Talogy a effectu\u00e9 une analyse compl\u00e8te des emplois et une visite du site. \u00c9tant donn\u00e9 que le site \u00e9tait encore en construction, nous avons visit\u00e9 le site qui lui ressemblait le plus, \u00e0 Holly Hill, en Caroline du Sud. La nature unique des postes a \u00e9t\u00e9 examin\u00e9e et divers groupes de discussion ont \u00e9t\u00e9 organis\u00e9s pour identifier les comp\u00e9tences essentielles pour r\u00e9ussir.
