Ce programme a \u00e9t\u00e9 adapt\u00e9 aux besoins de chaque dirigeant et de son sponsor commercial par le biais d&rsquo;un process contractuel initial et continu. Cela impliquait syst\u00e9matiquement une s\u00e9ance de diagnostic initiale utilisant notre suite de psychom\u00e9trie d\u00e9veloppementale, contextualis\u00e9e dans un examen travail\/vie personnelle.
