Une fois la d\u00e9cision d&rsquo;int\u00e9grer un outil psychom\u00e9trique \u00e0 son approche prise, la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 a soigneusement examin\u00e9 ses choix. L&rsquo;outil choisi devait avoir du sens, \u00eatre accessible et engageant d\u00e8s le d\u00e9part. Il devait \u00e9galement pr\u00e9senter une validit\u00e9 et une fiabilit\u00e9 av\u00e9r\u00e9es, pour \u00eatre cr\u00e9dible. Le d\u00e9fi pour eux \u00e9tait de trouver un outil d&rsquo;\u00e9valuation robuste et tr\u00e8s pr\u00e9cis capable de susciter des conversations int\u00e9ressantes et des r\u00e9sultats concrets pour les candidats et les \u00e9valuateurs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">La solution<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Apr\u00e8s r\u00e9flexion, Egon Zehnder a opt\u00e9 pour le 16pf<sup>\u00ae<\/sup>, une \u00e9valuation qui cochait toutes ces cases. Initialement test\u00e9 sur le terrain en interne, il \u00e9tait clair d&rsquo;apr\u00e8s les feedbacks que l&rsquo;instrument stimulerait le type de conversations n\u00e9cessaire pour am\u00e9liorer ses process d&rsquo;\u00e9valuation. \u00ab&nbsp;C&rsquo;\u00e9tait l&rsquo;un des crit\u00e8res cl\u00e9s&nbsp;\u00bb, d\u00e9clare James Martin, partenaire consultant chez Egon Zehnder. \u00ab&nbsp;Nous recherchions un outil qui compl\u00e9terait et s&rsquo;adapterait \u00e0 notre m\u00e9thodologie actuelle.
