Mondelez cherchait \u00e9galement \u00e0 d\u00e9ployer une solution d\u2019\u00e9valuation engageante, int\u00e9grant fortement les principes de diversit\u00e9, \u00e9quit\u00e9 et inclusion (DEI) \u00e0 chaque \u00e9tape du processus de recrutement. Les outils et m\u00e9thodes pr\u00e9c\u00e9demment utilis\u00e9s pour \u00e9valuer les candidats \u00e9taient h\u00e9t\u00e9rog\u00e8nes et d\u00e9pass\u00e9s, rendant difficile la comparaison des profils entre pays et ne r\u00e9pondant plus aux besoins des nombreuses familles de m\u00e9tiers dans lesquelles Mondelez recrute.
