Terms and Conditions of Business<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The Terms and Conditions of Business included here set out the basis on which Talogy provides its Talent Management services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Unless expressly agreed in writing by Talogy, the Talogy Terms and Conditions of Business shall apply to and determine any contract between the customer and Talogy, to the exclusion of all other terms and conditions, whether included in any quotation, proposal, purchase order or acknowledgement of receipt, or the general terms and conditions of the customer. Talogy will not be deemed to have accepted, and the Talogy Terms and Conditions of Business will at all times prevail over, all general terms and conditions of the customer. \u201cTalogy\u201d means the relevant Talogy group company which has issued this invoice, quotation, proposal or other document (as applicable).<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
