This recognition underscores their teamwork in crafting Red Sea Global\u2019s Succession Planning Initiative.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Red Sea Global (RSG) engaged Talogy for strategic support in creating a program to manage the talent in their organization to safeguard its future with a well-built leadership pipeline. To meet the expectations of ensuring long-term continuity of the organizational values and vision, the succession planning program had to be robust.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
