The challenge<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Catalent Pharma Solutions recognized the need to build a strong and sustainable pipeline of emerging leaders equipped to take on greater responsibility within the organization.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To support this, Catalent developed its NextGen Leaders program, designed to identify and accelerate the development of high-potential leaders across the organization.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The wider program brings together leadership development,<\/a> individual leadership assessments, structured mentoring, personalized development goals, and experiential learning.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

An important part of the approach was ensuring the right people were selected to participate and giving those individuals meaningful insight into their leadership strengths and development opportunities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The solution<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Talogy has been involved in the NextGen Leaders program from the outset, supporting Catalent through leadership assessment<\/a> and helping validate that nominated participants were the right candidates for the program.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Each participant receives a leadership assessment report highlighting their individual strengths and development opportunities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Participants are supported in understanding their assessment results and translating those insights into actionable development goals, providing a personalized foundation for their development.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The assessment insights are then incorporated into the wider development experience. Each participant is paired with an experienced mentor within Catalent. Mentors receive the participant\u2019s leadership assessment report and use the insights to help guide developmental conversations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Together, mentors and participants identify development goals based on the assessment results, create personalized leadership development plans, and track progress throughout the program.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This allows assessment to go beyond providing insight at a single point in time. Instead, it provides participants and mentors with a framework for ongoing development conversations and leadership growth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The results<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Through NextGen Leaders, Catalent has established a structured approach to identifying and developing high-potential leaders within their organization.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Participants have progressed into leadership roles following their involvement in the program, while the combination of assessment, mentoring, and personalized development supports participants as they prepare for greater leadership responsibility.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The program has also developed an alumni community, with graduates continuing to contribute to leadership development by mentoring future participants, sharing their experiences, and supporting leadership initiatives across Catalent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

From leadership development program<\/a> to award-winning initiative, Catalent has continued to evolve and grow NextGen Leaders, with the wider program receiving a Brandon Hall Award for Best in Leadership Program.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The recognition marks an important milestone for the initiative Catalent has built, bringing together leadership development, assessment, mentoring, and personalized development to strengthen its future leadership pipeline.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Talogy\u2019s assessment expertise has formed part of that wider journey, helping Catalent assess and validate high-potential<\/a> participants and providing insights that can be translated into individualized development plans and mentoring conversations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Talogy also supported Catalent during the Brandon Hall Award process, providing strategic guidance and helping to develop and review submission materials that captured the structure and impact of the wider NextGen Leaders initiative.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
