Previous methods and tools used to assess candidates were inconsistent and outdated, needing to be refreshed to fit the multiple functional areas in which they recruit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Solution<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">With a thorough understanding of their business and the challenges they faced, Talogy stood out as the partner of choice during a tender selection. Talogy\u2019s practical experience with similar-sized organizations and global presence enabled a personalized approach to a multinational process. The team proposed an end-to-end offering to rebuild Mondelez\u2019s early careers competency framework using insights from current graduates, managers, and key stakeholders to create a foundational framework of eight key competencies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">With this framework in place, Talogy then configured on online assessment solution that encompassed <a href=\"\/en\/talent-management-solutions\/assessments\/factors-personality-questionnaire\/\">Factors<\/a> (personality), <a href=\"\/en\/talent-management-solutions\/assessments\/logiks-cognitive-ability-test\/\">Logiks<\/a> (cognitive ability), and <a href=\"\/en\/talent-management-solutions\/assessments\/dilemmas-situational-judgement-tests\/\">Situational Judgement Tests<\/a> (SJTs) for graduates, followed by video interviews and virtual assessment centers with customized exercises. The exercises were all tailored by Talogy experts to highlight the key competencies for different roles, ensuring a strong assessment\u2013role fit. After the assessment, Talogy provided assessor and candidate reports to help Mondelez make informed decisions and select the right candidates to<s> <\/s>further their selection process for&nbsp;<a href=\"\/en\/knowledge-hub\/early-careers\/\">entry-level hiring.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Results<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Over the past three years, Mondelez has <strong>exceeded their DEI target around gender equality<\/strong>.
