She specializes in assessing candidates at all leadership levels for both selection and development purposes and will identify their unique strengths and development opportunities as it relates to the job at hand. She is the consulting lead for Talogy’s behavior-based interviewing solutions, and she has extensive experience with executive-level assessments, 360-feedback surveys, assessments for development and selection, competency modeling, and job analyses.
