Alexis Chick is a consultant who assists clients to implement solutions for their talent management needs across a wide variety of industries, including manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, healthcare, and automotives. She has experience with high-volume selection implementations, but she specializes in the design, implementation, and execution of in-depth and executive assessments for both selection and development. She takes a cross-cultural perspective and enjoys the challenge of global work. Alexis has a master’s degree in German Studies from the University of Kentucky.
