VirtualAC™ simulates an online desktop environment, so you can deliver highly immersive and interactive virtual business simulation exercises to select and develop your people. Candidates and participants experience information and issues presented in a variety of formats: emails, video messages, voicemails, calendar items, documents, and organization charts. Then, using the simulated online desktop in real time, participants respond to emails, write documents or reports, and schedule meetings.
You can administer and mark exercises quickly and easily online using our streamlined marking system, which incorporates our SmartScoring formula, cutting assessor marking time by a third compared to paper-based marking.
