Retain Employees<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Recognise employees.<\/strong> Make recognition personal and specific to the accomplishment. Money is not always what causes employees to stay or go. Monetary bonuses are always nice, but simply recognising a job well done is meaningful and drives employee loyalty.
