Who is Talogy<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Talogy was born in 1946, with psychology pioneers Floyd E. Ruch, Raymond B. Cattell, Herb Greenberg, and Max Kostick individually launching assessment initiatives to help young adults and war veterans enter the workforce in the years following the second world war. While their industry leading assessment solutions were created in the 1960s, they still play a prominent role in global talent assessment today.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the 1990s, the world of talent assessment and development started evolving rapidly, and great new solutions were brought to market by the companies founded by these pioneers as well as others. From 2017 onwards, through a series of acquisitions, many of these companies started to come together into one organisation offering an unmatched breadth of talent assessment and development solutions. All leading up to the year 2022, when Talogy as we know it today was born with the purpose to deliver people-focused talent assessment and development solutions to organisations around the world.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n

We rebrand ourselves to Talogy, officially uniting our company and all acquired talent businesses: Cubiks, Caliper, JCA Global, Performance Assessment Network, Select International, EB Jacobs, IPAT, Ottmann, Human Scope, Performance Based Selection, a&dc, Innovative HR Solutions, OPRA, and Propel. Talogy brings together the best talent management solutions in the industry.<\/p>\n\n<\/div>\t\t\t\t\t

We close the year with a Brandon Hall Excellence in Technology silver award in \u2018Best Advance in Unique Talent Management Technology\u2019 staying true to the innovation culture that is rooted in our psychology + technology philosophy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We strategically expand into geographic regions with a previously small footprint, strengthening our leadership position in the global talent solutions market. We make eight acquisitions in 2021 and bring unique knowledge and teams that expand our portfolio and give clients global solutions, with experts firmly on the ground.<\/p>\n\n<\/div>\t\t\t\t\t

Weathering the storm of the pandemic, we innovate, we mould. Even amidst global uncertainty, we push the limits and look to the future. Our brightest minds gather to work out how to use AI responsibly and fairly and develop our new cognitive assessment Mindgage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We begin to adapt and introduce several new initiatives and solutions around Emotional Intelligence to our communities to help individuals and organisations preserve business continuity and build resilience through these challenging times.<\/p>\n\n<\/div>\t\t\t\t\t
