A recent reorganisation found three-fourths of their senior leaders in a new position in a company that has almost doubled in size in recent years. With two focus areas: individual development and <a href=\"\/en-gb\/knowledge-hub\/team-development\/\">team development<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The individual development part included a personal &#8220;Illumination &amp; Insights&#8221; session which involved psychometric measures and an in-depth interview uncovering individual strengths and development areas. The Emotional Intelligence Profile (<a href=\"\/en-gb\/talent-management-solutions\/assessments\/eip3-emotional-intelligence-assessment\/\">EIP3<\/a>) was used as a supporting tool for personal reflection with individual development plans and coaching sessions by Talogy consultants. The team development part included workshops and training to energise and enable leaders with regards to the client&#8217;s new strategic aimpoint. Both areas of development were embedded in constant project support and touchpoints like progress evaluations, peer coaching, 1:1 dialogue with leaders, among other avenues.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Results<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>At the individual level, participants appreciated the opportunity to reflect on their new roles, share their challenges and receive feedback, have personalised support, and peer coaching. During the first survey, <strong>93%<\/strong> of the participants agreed to understanding the vision and goals of the DGIT Transformation. That increased to <strong>96%<\/strong> after we ran individual sessions and did a repeat survey 3 months later.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The workshops helped identify key issues and areas to focus on for the whole team&#8217;s development, and these topics have been addressed in subsequent sessions.
